Das Gauge-System folgt jedoch einer anderen Skalierung, die nicht linear ist. Die Gauge-Werte sind normierte Nummern, die basierend auf der St\u00e4rke eines Blechs in Relation zu seinem Gewicht pro Quadratzoll entwickelt wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gauge-system-fur-bleche\"><strong>Gauge &#8211; System f\u00fcr Bleche<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Im Gegensatz zu standardisierten metrischen Messsystemen, bei denen die Blechst\u00e4rke direkt in mm angegeben wird, stellen die Gauge &#8211; Zahlen die St\u00e4rke auf Grundlage der historischen Anzahl von Drahtziehvorg\u00e4ngen dar. Das bedeutet, dass eine niedrige Gauge &#8211; Zahl einem dickeren Blech entspricht, w\u00e4hrend eine h\u00f6here Zahl ein d\u00fcnneres Blech anzeigt. So ist zum Beispiel ein 3 Gauge &#8211; Blech etwa 6,07 mm (0,2391 Zoll) dick, w\u00e4hrend ein 38 &#8211; Gauge &#8211; Blech nur 0,15 mm (0,0060 Zoll) dick ist. In vielen Bereichen gilt zudem ein Blech mit einer St\u00e4rke \u00fcber 6 mm als Platte und nicht mehr als Blech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unterschiedliche Blech &#8211; Gauges werden f\u00fcr bestimmte Anwendungen empfohlen. W\u00e4hlen Sie diese als w\u00e4hrend des Entwurfs mit Bedacht aus. So w\u00e4re zum Beispiel ein 10 ga &#8211; Blech (3,4 mm oder 0,1345 Zoll) ideal f\u00fcr Hochleistungsanwendungen, wie zum Beispiel Strukturbauteile.<\/p>\n\n\n    <aside
