In diesem Artikel wollen wir eine umfassende \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber die beiden Fertigungsverfahren liefern, die zu verschiedenen 3D-Druck-Kategorien geh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"grundwissen-zu-den-3ddruckverfahren\"><strong>Grundwissen zu den 3D-Druckverfahren<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fused-deposition-modeling-fdm\"><strong>Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/de\/fused-deposition-modeling\/\">Fused Deposition Modeling<\/a> (FDM) ist ein auf Extrusion basierendes 3D-Druckverfahren. Als Druckmaterial kommen hier thermoplastische Polymere in Form von Filamenten zum Einsatz. Bei FDM wird geschmolzenes Material entlang einem durch das CAD-Modell festgelegten Pfad Schicht f\u00fcr Schicht aufgetragen. SLA ist ein leistungsstarkes additives Fertigungsverfahren, das Teile mit sehr hoher Genauigkeit und hoher Aufl\u00f6sung herstellen kann. Die mit SLA hergestellten Teile k\u00f6nnen direkt zur Endanwendung, in der Kleinserienproduktion oder im <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/de\/rapid-prototyping\/\">Rapid Prototyping<\/a> eingesetzt werden. Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Vorteil der Stereolithographie liegt im geringen Materialverbrauch und der Produktion von Teilen mit einem glattem Oberfl\u00e4chenfinish, ohne dass zus\u00e4tzliche Nachbearbeitungsschritte erforderlich sind.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"druckmaterialien\"><strong>Druckmaterialien<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fdm-kompatible-materialien\"><strong>FDM kompatible Materialien<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Zu den g\u00e4ngigsten starren Kunststoffen, die Xometry f\u00fcr FDM anbietet, geh\u00f6ren: ABS, ABS ESD7, ABS M30, ASA, Nylon PA12, Nylon PA12 CF, Kohlefaserverst\u00e4rktes Polyamid 12, PC-ABS Polycarbonat, PC-ISO Polycarbonat, PC-\u00e4hnlicher hitzebest\u00e4ndiger Kunststoff, PC-Polycarbonat, PLA, PETG, PEEK, ULTEM 1010, und ULTEM 9085.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ASA, ein amorpher Thermoplast mit verbesserter Witterungsbest\u00e4ndigkeit, wird aufgrund seiner hervorragenden mechanischen Eigenschaften zum Beispiel h\u00e4ufig in der Prototypenentwicklung eingesetzt. Au\u00dferdem ist er in vielen verschiedenen Farbausf\u00fchrungen verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sla-kompatible-materialien\"><strong>SLA kompatible Materialien<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Xometry bietet sowohl starre Kunststoffe wie ABS SL 7820, PC \u2013 Like Heat Resist Translucent, Xtreme Polypropylene, als auch Silikonkautschuk wie z.B. MJF und FDM, die in der Prototypenentwicklung weit verbreitet sind. <\/strong>Der Preisunterschied liegt haupts\u00e4chlich an den teureren photochemischen Verfahren und Werkstoffen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>F\u00fcr die Farbgebung k\u00f6nnen aufgrund der zus\u00e4tzlichen Bearbeitungsschritte weitere Kosten anfallen:<\/strong> Die zur Verf\u00fcgung stehende Farbauswahl ist vergleichsweise klein. Direkt nach dem Druck sind Teile in grauer, schwarzer, wei\u00dfer oder transparenter Ausf\u00fchrung verf\u00fcgbar.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fdm-3ddruck%25c2%25a0\"><strong>FDM 3D-Druck\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>FDM ist eines der g\u00fcnstigsten 3D-Druckverfahren:<\/strong> F\u00fcr Einzelanfertigungen und Kleinserien ist FDM die perfekte Wahl und schneidet hier im Vergleich mit teureren Fertigungsverfahren, wie z.B. Daher ist dieses Verfahren nicht f\u00fcr Teile geeignet, die sehr kleine Details besitzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"oberflaechenguete\"><strong>Oberfl\u00e4cheng\u00fcte<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sla-3d-printing-2\"><strong>SLA 3D-Druck<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Glas-\u00e4hnliches Oberfl\u00e4chenfinish: <\/strong>Da SLA Harze einsetzt, k\u00f6nnen die gedruckten Teile aufgrund ihrer Oberfl\u00e4cheneigenschaften normale Prototypen, die sonst mit MJD oder SLS hergestellt wurden, problemlos ersetzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hervorragende Oberfl\u00e4cheng\u00fcte mit hoher Aufl\u00f6sung:<\/strong> Sowohl die externen als auch die internen Details sind perfekt zu erkennen. Daher eignet sich SLA auch f\u00fcr Prototypen zur Funktions\u00fcbersicht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fdm-3ddruck-2\"><strong>FDM 3D-Druck<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Deutlich sichtbare Schichtstruktur:<\/strong> Da bei FDM geschmolzener Kunststoff Schicht f\u00fcr Schicht aufgetragen wird, kommt es h\u00e4ufig zu sogenannten Treppenstufen und einer rauen Oberfl\u00e4che.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anisotrope Teile:<\/strong> Aufgrund des Aufbaus aus aneinander haftenden Schichten haben FDM-Teile anisotrope Eigenschaften. Um glatte glatte Oberfl\u00e4chen zu erhalten sind weitere Veredelungsschritte notwendig und es entstehen zus\u00e4tzliche Kosten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"verfuegbare-materialien\"><strong>Verf\u00fcgbare Materialien<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sla-3d-printing-3\"><strong>SLA 3D-Druck<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Begrenzte Auswahl an Materialien:<\/strong> Das Stereolithographie-Verfahren verwendet nur thermoh\u00e4rtende Harze, wodurch die Materialauswahl sehr klein ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Biokompatible und lebensmittelvertr\u00e4gliche Materialien:<\/strong> SLA ist eine der besten 3D-Druckverfahren zur Fertigung medizinischer Implantate oder Lebensmittelbeh\u00e4lter mit Hilfe von Harzen wie True Silicone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fdm-3ddruck-3\"><strong>FDM 3D-Druck<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gro\u00dfe Auswahl an Kunststoff-Filamenten:<\/strong> Von Materialien mit geringer bis hoher Festigkeit (PP, TPU, Nylon PA, ABS, PETG, PLA, PC in absteigender Reihenfolge nach Zugfestigkeit), FDM ist mit einer langen Liste an Materialien einsetzbar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gute Materialverf\u00fcgbarkeit: <\/strong>Die Materialien kommen h\u00e4ufig zum Einsatz und sind daher leicht erh\u00e4ltlich und das zu einem niedrigen Preis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sla-vs-fdm-bei-industriellen-3ddrucksystemen3ddrucker-fuer-heimanwender\"><strong>SLA vs. FDM bei industriellen 3D-Drucksystemen\/3D-Drucker f\u00fcr Heimanwender<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>FDM und SLA 3D-Drucker lassen sich in zwei Kategorien einteilen: Industrielle 3D-Drucksysteme und Desktop 3D-Drucker. Professionelle 3D-Drucksysteme werden in gro\u00dfem Umfang f\u00fcr industrielle Anwendungen, wie z.B. die Produktion von Endverbrauchsteilen, eingesetzt, w\u00e4hrend Desktop 3D-Drucker vor allem
