Die Oberfl\u00e4chenqualit\u00e4t ist nicht nur aus Sicht des Endnutzers von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung, sondern auch f\u00fcr die Konstrukteure und Ingenieure ein wichtiges Kriterium, da sie beim Entwurf der Gussform eine entscheidende Rolle spielt.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-warum-oberflachenveredelung-notwendig-ist\"><strong>Warum Oberfl\u00e4chenveredelung notwendig ist<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Die meisten Gussformen werden aus Aluminium und\/oder Stahl hergestellt und selbst kleinste Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten der Formoberfl\u00e4che f\u00fchren zu Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten bei den Spritzgussteilen. Von Fr\u00e4sern zur\u00fcckgelassene Bearbeitungsspuren \u00fcbertragen sich auf die Spritzgussteile, wenn sie nicht vorher durch Perlstrahlen oder Polieren entfernt werden. In einigen F\u00e4llen, insbesondere bei der nicht einsehbaren Innenseite der Teile, k\u00f6nnen Bearbeitungsspuren auf der Form belassen werden, ohne dass die Funktion oder das Erscheinungsbild der Teile beeintr\u00e4chtigt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die sichtbaren Oberfl\u00e4chen sind jedoch h\u00e4ufig weitere Nachbearbeitungsschritte notwendig. Nahezu alle Spritzgussformen werden zumindest leicht nachbearbeitet. Sowohl bei Fr\u00e4s- und Drehteilen als auch bei 3D-Drucken erfolgt die Oberfl\u00e4chenveredelung durch weitere Bearbeitungsschritte nach der Fertigung der Teile. Im Gegensatz dazu wird beim Spritzguss die Oberfl\u00e4che der Spritzgussform so bearbeitet, dass die Spritzgussteile direkt mit der gew\u00fcnschten Oberfl\u00e4chenbeschaffenheit hergestellt werden. Wenn die Teile beispielsweise eine matte Oberfl\u00e4che erhalten sollen, wird die Innenoberfl\u00e4che der Spritzgussform so bearbeitetet, dass die Spritzgussteile direkt mit der gew\u00fcnschten matten Oberfl\u00e4che hergestellt werden k\u00f6nnen. Die folgenden Faktoren sind wichtige Entscheidungskriterien f\u00fcr die gew\u00fcnschte Oberfl\u00e4chenqualit\u00e4t:<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"verbesserung-des-erscheinungsbilds\"><strong>Verbesserung des Erscheinungsbilds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Ingenieure, Designer und Konstrukteure k\u00f6nnen sich aus mehreren \u00e4sthetischen Gr\u00fcnden f\u00fcr bestimmte Texturen entscheiden. Eine glatte oder matte Oberfl\u00e4chentextur verbessert nicht nur das Erscheinungsbild und gibt dem Teil ein fertiges Aussehen, sondern kaschiert auch Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten wie Flie\u00dfn\u00e4hte, Binden\u00e4hte, Einfallstellen und Schattenbildung, die beim Kunststoff-Spritzguss entstehen k\u00f6nnen. Au\u00dferdem sind aus kommerzieller Sicht Teile hoher Oberfl\u00e4chenqualit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Kunden attraktiver.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"verbesserung-der-funktionalitaet\"><strong>Verbesserung der Funktionalit\u00e4t<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Die Oberfl\u00e4chenstrukturierung verbessert die Haftung von Lacken und Aufklebern. So halten sich Lacke zum Beispiel auf matt strukturierten Teilen deutlich l\u00e4nger und selbst Aufkleber und Schilder lassen sich besser anbringen. Au\u00dferdem lassen sich diese Teile besser greifen. Durch die Strukturierung der Oberfl\u00e4che lassen sich au\u00dferdem Kunststoff-Fehler wie unvollst\u00e4ndige F\u00fcllungen und Gussgrate vermeiden. Richtig konstruierte und strukturierte Formen tragen au\u00dferdem dazu bei, dass eingeschlossene Gase entweichen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"spi-oberflaechenguete-fuer-das-spritzgiessen\"><strong>SPI Oberfl\u00e4cheng\u00fcte f\u00fcr das Spritzgie\u00dfen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Die Society of Plastics Industry (SPI) hat mehrere Standardverfahren zur Oberfl\u00e4chenveredelung festgelegt, die zu unterschiedlichen Oberfl\u00e4cheng\u00fcten f\u00fchren. Die Spritzgussformen k\u00f6nnen maschinell texturiert oder manuell poliert werden.
