Um die ERC-Vorgaben \u2013 maximaler Raddurchmesser 220\u202fmm, Traglast 120\u202fN \u2013 zu erf\u00fcllen, bewerteten wir jedes Konzept per CAD-Modell und FEM-Analyse. Da TPU 1301 nicht verf\u00fcgbar war, w\u00e4hlten wir &#8222;TPU&#8220; im Dropdown und beschrieben das Material genau in den Bestellhinweisen. Dank einer 80\u202f% Projektf\u00f6rderung konnten wir alle sechs R\u00e4der im Budget fertigen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Februar trafen die SLS-gedruckten R\u00e4der ein \u2013 Pr\u00e4zision und Flexibilit\u00e4t auf hohem Niveau, ohne sichtbare M\u00e4ngel. Nach erfolgreichen Biegetests montierten wir die R\u00e4der auf das Rovern-Chassis. Die Integration war reibungslos: die abgestufte Aufnahme passte perfekt auf die Motorwelle, und das Honigkern-Gitter zeigte seine d\u00e4mpfende Wirkung wie erwartet.<\/p>\n\n\n    <section
