Durch ein intuitives Faltdesign, um eine kompakte Gr\u00f6\u00dfe zu erlauben, kann dieser E-Scooter \u00fcberall mit hingenommen werden, und erlaubt es, sich mit maximaler Freiheit zu          <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n    \n\n\n<p>Es war w\u00e4hrend dieser Designphase, als das Hilo EV-Team die Unterst\u00fctzung von Xometry beim Bau eines Premium-Prototyps suchte, dessen Ziel es sein sollte, das Konzept auf der Micro Mobility Show in Amsterdam vorzustellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es war das erste Mal, dass das Team von Hilo EV mit Xometry zusammenarbeitete. Ashley May hatte bereits vorher von Xometry geh\u00f6rt, war sich der M\u00f6glichkeiten des umfangreichen Fertigungsnetzwerks bewusst und fragte deshalb ein Angebot f\u00fcr den gesamten Prototyp auf Grundlagen technischer Zeichnungen und \u00fcbermittelter CAD-Dateien an. Er wurde sofort von Dorien Sarsby, Key Account Manager f\u00fcr Gro\u00dfbritannien kontaktiert, der auch sofort ein Meeting anberaumte, um das Team zu besuchen und das Projekt vor Ort zu begutachten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;Ich konnte sofort sehen, dass es f\u00fcr das Hilo EV-Team wichtig war, es gleich beim ersten Mal richtig hinzubekommen. Wir arbeiteten mit einem engen Zeitplan, und es mussten innerhalb von 25 Werktagen 90 Teile gefertigt werden, damit sie den E-Scooter auch auf der Messer vorstellen k\u00f6nnen.&#8220; F\u00fcgt Dorien Sarsby, Key Account Manager bei Xometry, hinzu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Herstellung dieses Prototyps war sehr komplex, da eine Vielzahl von Teilen in verschiedenen Verfahren und mit verschiedenen Materialien gefertigt werden mussten. Die Oberfl\u00e4cheng\u00fcte, die Toleranzen und die Herstellbarkeit insgesamt war entscheidend daf\u00fcr, dass die Teile im Prototyp nahtlos miteinander funktionierten. Dorien unterst\u00fctzte das Hilo EV &#8211; Team w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Prozesses, besprach mit ihnen die CAD-Dateien, half dabei die geeignetsten Verfahren zu ermitteln und unterst\u00fctzte sie dabei, die Teile p\u00fcnktlich und im Rahmen des Budgets dank&nbsp; des umfangreichen Xometry &#8211; Fertigungsnetzwerks herstellen zu lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xometry lieferte alle Teile aus denen
