TPE (Elastomer)
- Alternative Designations: Thermoplastic Elastomer
Description:
This lubricated thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) is designed for applications requiring high impact resistance, UV stability, and a low coefficient of friction. Its formulation enables excellent flexibility and tear resistance while maintaining surface lubricity, making it ideal for soft-touch parts that undergo frequent mechanical stress or outdoor exposure. It is fully compatible with polypropylene overmolding, allowing it to be used as a durable, flexible interface material in multi-material assemblies such as grips, seals, or bumpers in consumer and industrial products.
