Thermoplastic elastomer for high-temperature gasket applications

Hello! I am looking for a thermoplastic elastomer suitable for injection moulding to create gaskets for high-temperature applications. The material should have a Shore A hardness of 40-50, a maximum compression set at 120°C and no crosslinking. Can anyone recommend a suitable option?

Hello Gary,

Best materials you can use according to your requirements are: 

- TPEs

- TPV 

As they are the ones with biggest resistance to temperature and have the shores you are looking for available.
