Although they started with a focus on minimizing costs, they soon discovered that managing the process was far more complex than anticipated. We had difficulties in communicating and managing quality. Initially expecting to utilize only small-scale prototyping services, the team quickly recognized the benefits of the engineering support and extensive manufacturing capacity offered by the platform. We see the price and delivery time immediately. Previously, we had to contact four or five different places separately. Now, we receive ready-to-assemble parts from a single channel.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.uk\/en\/cnc-machining\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CNC machined<\/a> components\u2014including bracket caps, mould holders, cap shims, needle holders, motor bases, movable and fixed aluminum blocks, and push blocks\u2014were produced from materials such as <strong>Aluminum 5754, 6082, <\/strong>and<strong> 7075.<\/strong> The moulds were manufactured using <strong>1.2738 tool steel,<\/strong> and sandblasting was chosen as the surface treatment.
