En la tecnolog\u00eda de impresi\u00f3n 3D, estos t\u00e9rminos son distintos y nunca deben utilizarse indistintamente. Las tolerancias definen el grado de precisi\u00f3n que debe tener el dise\u00f1ador. En otras palabras, es la cantidad de margen de maniobra permitido en un dise\u00f1o o fabricaci\u00f3n, que depende de las normas individuales o de la industria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando se habla de precisi\u00f3n, se refiere simplemente a la coherencia de las dimensiones en comparaci\u00f3n con el valor real. En este caso, el valor real son las dimensiones del modelo de impresi\u00f3n 3D digitalizado. Por otro lado, la precisi\u00f3n define lo cerca que est\u00e1n las dimensiones de las piezas impresas en 3D de las del modelo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tolerancias-en-la-impresion-3d-que-esperar\"><strong>Tolerancias en la impresi\u00f3n 3D: qu\u00e9 esperar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Las diferentes tecnolog\u00edas de impresi\u00f3n 3D ofrecen distintas capacidades en lo que respecta a las tolerancias. de las tecnolog\u00edas de impresi\u00f3n 3D m\u00e1s rentables que ofrece tolerancias finas. Funciona aplicando un agente de fusi\u00f3n al material en polvo, seguido de una fuente de calor que cura sistem\u00e1ticamente cada capa. Las c\u00e1maras de fabricaci\u00f3n calefactadas elevan la temperatura general del polvo, lo que minimiza la deformaci\u00f3n y la contracci\u00f3n al tiempo que permite cambios graduales de temperatura que mejoran la precisi\u00f3n dimensional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, la acumulaci\u00f3n de calor, especialmente de las l\u00e1mparas de infrarrojos utilizadas durante la impresi\u00f3n, puede provocar tensiones t\u00e9rmicas. Las geometr\u00edas m\u00e1s gruesas, las superficies anchas y los grosores de pared desiguales son m\u00e1s propensos a alabearse o retorcerse debido a la contracci\u00f3n. La eliminaci\u00f3n de los soportes no s\u00f3lo afecta al acabado superficial, sino que a veces tambi\u00e9n provoca la eliminaci\u00f3n de material en ese punto. Esto crea imprecisiones en las dimensiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los procesos de acabado como el lijado pueden utilizarse para recortar dimensiones adicionales, mientras que t\u00e9cnicas como el revestimiento y la pintura pueden a\u00f1adir poco a las dimensiones. En DMLS, a veces se aplican de 1 a 2 mm de material adicional a superficies significativas, que se mecanizan en consecuencia tras la impresi\u00f3n. Todos estos materiales tienen un grado variable de contracci\u00f3n. Como principio de la impresi\u00f3n 3D, los pol\u00edmeros se encogen de forma natural cuando se enfr\u00edan y solidifican durante el proceso de impresi\u00f3n. Depende tanto de la tecnolog\u00eda de impresi\u00f3n como de par\u00e1metros espec\u00edficos de la m\u00e1quina, como el di\u00e1metro de la boquilla, el grosor de la capa y el tama\u00f1o del rayo l\u00e1ser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En FDM, el tama\u00f1o de la caracter\u00edstica depende de la boquilla y de la altura de la capa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n X-Y<\/strong>: determinada por el di\u00e1metro de la boquilla. Una boquilla m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a permite detalles m\u00e1s finos en superficies horizontales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n Z<\/strong>: controlada por el grosor de la capa. Las capas m\u00e1s finas permiten una mejor resoluci\u00f3n en superficies verticales e inclinadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Por ejemplo, una boquilla de 0,4 mm imprime normalmente caracter\u00edsticas no inferiores a 0,4-0,5 mm en X-Y.
