Esto no s\u00f3lo afecta a la est\u00e9tica de la pieza, sino tambi\u00e9n a las tolerancias. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las operaciones de postratamiento tambi\u00e9n mejoran la resistencia y confieren propiedades anticorrosivas al metal. Para tener una pieza mejorada, siempre se recomienda aplicar acabados adecuados a las piezas de chapa.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-los-dos-principios-del-metodo-de-acabado\"><strong>Los dos principios del m\u00e9todo de acabado<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Los m\u00e9todos de postprocesamiento m\u00e1s comunes para la <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/es\/introduccion-a-la-fabricacion-en-chapa-metalica\/\">fabricaci\u00f3n de chapas met\u00e1licas<\/a> son el recubrimiento y el pulido. En el primero se a\u00f1ade una capa a la superficie y en el segundo se elimina material de la superficie. El recubrimiento de metales tambi\u00e9n se denomina chapado, mientras que el pulido suele denominarse acabado superficial.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-recubrimiento-o-chapado-de-chapa-metalica\"><strong>Recubrimiento o chapado de chapa met\u00e1lica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>El principio general del recubrimiento met\u00e1lico consiste en a\u00f1adir una capa sobre la superficie. Los siguientes procesos explican este tema en detalle.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-galvanizado\"><strong>Galvanizado<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>El galvanizado es un proceso asociado principalmente al acero. El acero inoxidable se compone principalmente de hierro, cromo y n\u00edquel. Las propiedades anticorrosivas del acero inoxidable las proporciona el cromo de la aleaci\u00f3n, ya que produce de forma natural una capa de \u00f3xido de cromo en la superficie, mientras que el hierro libre facilita la corrosi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasivado consiste en sumergir el acero inoxidable en un ba\u00f1o de \u00e1cido (por ejemplo, \u00e1cido n\u00edtrico) que disuelve el hierro libre y mejora la resistencia del \u00f3xido de cromo, contrarrestando as\u00ed la corrosi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-anodizado\"><strong>Anodizado<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>El anodizado es similar al pasivado ya que mejora el grosor de la capa de \u00f3xido y hace que la superficie del metal sea resistente a la corrosi\u00f3n. Es muy com\u00fan para el aluminio. Se diferencia del pasivado en que, en lugar de sumergirse en \u00e1cido, se realiza un proceso electrol\u00edtico. Cuando se coloca un c\u00e1todo (material inerte como el acero inoxidable, el n\u00edquel, el carbono, etc.) y se pasa la electricidad, el ox\u00edgeno fluye hacia el \u00e1nodo y reacciona formando un \u00f3xido an\u00f3dico. Este \u00f3xido an\u00f3dico contiene sobre todo \u00f3xido de aluminio, que protege contra la corrosi\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los electrolitos suelen ser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soluci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico al 10-15% a 25\u2103 que produce una capa de \u00f3xido de unos 25\u00b5m\/hora<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezcla de \u00e1cidos ox\u00e1lico y sulf\u00farico a 30\u2103, produciendo unos 30\u00b5m\/hora<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c1cido cr\u00f3mico al 10% operando a 38-42\u00b0C, produciendo alrededor de 15\u00b5m\/hora<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El anodizado tambi\u00e9n confiere al metal un acabado superficial grueso y granulado. Adem\u00e1s, facilita que el tinte quede atrapado en la capa de \u00f3xido, con lo que se consigue un color casi permanente.<\/p>\n\n\n    <section class=\"article-slider-block\">\r\n        <div Esto elimina las rebabas e imperfecciones, dejando un acabado liso. Adem\u00e1s, el producto final se asemeja a un acabado mate uniforme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El chorreado se realiza en una c\u00e1mara cerrada. El chorreado de vidrio es m\u00e1s com\u00fan para las piezas de chapa. Como la superficie es mate, es ideal para pintar y te\u00f1ir. El chorreado antes del anodizado es la preparaci\u00f3n ideal de la superficie, ya que crea una superficie no reflectante. El tama\u00f1o recomendado de las piezas es de 6 a 600 mm, tanto en altura como en anchura. Es adecuado para la preparaci\u00f3n de superficies para cualquier operaci\u00f3n posterior, como el anodizado y el te\u00f1ido.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los metales sometidos a pulido en bombo deben ser m\u00e1s gruesos para soportar las vibraciones y la deformaci\u00f3n.
