Las piezas pueden ser incluso \u00e1speras, texturadas y con superficies irregulares. En la mayor\u00eda de los casos, las piezas impresas en 3D ser\u00e1n de color negro, transparente o blanco. As\u00ed que habr\u00eda que pulirlas y pintarlas para mejorar la est\u00e9tica y cualquier tipo de resistencia al agua, el calor y la corrosi\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, las tecnolog\u00edas de impresi\u00f3n 3D como el <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/es\/impresion-3d-por-modelado-por-deposicion-fundida-fdm-vision-general-de-la-tecnologia\/\">modelado por deposici\u00f3n fundida (FDM)<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/es\/impresion-3d-por-estereolitografia-sla\/\">la estereolitograf\u00eda (SLA)<\/a> y el <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/es\/impresion-3d-por-sinterizacion-directa-de-metales-dmls-vision-general-de-la-tecnologia\/\">sinterizado directo de metal por l\u00e1ser (DMLS)<\/a> dejan estructuras de soporte que hay que retirar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso, los acabados de impresi\u00f3n 3D son una cuesti\u00f3n importante a tener en cuenta cuando se decide apostar por un proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva. Estas estructuras de soporte deben eliminarse una vez que la pieza sale de la impresora. Las part\u00edculas que chocan contra la superficie aportan un acabado m\u00e1s liso y una textura uniforme a la pieza. Es el paso inicial para alisar la superficie y eliminar los restos de material. Tambi\u00e9n se utiliza para eliminar la pintura o crear una superficie uniforme para pintar y te\u00f1ir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proceso de acabado crea una textura m\u00e1s suave en comparaci\u00f3n con la pieza original, con una textura casi uniforme, pero no proporciona una superficie brillante ni un aspecto lustroso.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-acabados-de-impresion-3d-para-obtener-una-superficie-lisa\"><strong>Acabados de impresi\u00f3n 3D para obtener una superficie lisa<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>El postprocesado de las impresiones 3D de pl\u00e1stico o metal es la forma m\u00e1s eficaz de garantizar un acabado superficial liso en la impresi\u00f3n 3D. En la mayor\u00eda de los casos, se pueden utilizar m\u00e9todos de acabado para conseguir la suavidad de una pieza, independientemente del material o del proceso de impresi\u00f3n que se haya utilizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las distintas t\u00e9cnicas de acabado de superficies ofrecen texturas y aspectos diferentes y no todas son adecuadas para todas las impresiones 3D. La geometr\u00eda de la pieza y el material son los dos factores que m\u00e1s influyen en las t\u00e9cnicas de postprocesado. Las siguientes opciones de acabado est\u00e1n disponibles en el generador de presupuestos instant\u00e1neos de Xometry.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-chorreado-de-bolas\"><strong>Chorreado de bolas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>El chorreado de bolas es similar al chorreado con abrasivos, pero la diferencia es que, en lugar de abrasivos, se utilizan microesferas de vidrio que impactan a gran velocidad sobre la superficie de la pieza. El impacto repetido de las perlas<strong> <\/strong>esf\u00e9ricas deja un acabado mucho m\u00e1s liso y uniforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de proporcionar un acabado uniforme, el chorreado tambi\u00e9n ayuda a mejorar la resistencia mec\u00e1nica de la pieza. Como los granos son esf\u00e9ricos, no afectan mucho a las dimensiones, ya que penetran m\u00e1s profundamente en la pieza y cambian las dimensiones.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pulido-en-bombo\"><strong>Pulido en bombo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>La t\u00e9cnica de pulido en bombo, tambi\u00e9n conocida como \u00abtumbling\u00bb o \u00abrumbling\u00bb por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s, suele utilizarse en piezas relativamente peque\u00f1as. Algunos de los grandes bombos m\u00e1s comunes son capaces de acabar piezas de 400x120x120 mm o 200x200x200 mm. Para obtener una textura superficial m\u00e1s suave, las piezas MJF o SLS pueden pulirse en bombos de abrasivos o m\u00e1quinas vibro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las impresiones en 3D se terminan y se colocan en un tambor o bombo de pulir que contiene peque\u00f1as virutas de cer\u00e1mica y, al vibrar en\u00e9rgicamente, las virutas de cer\u00e1mica frotan contra la pieza, eliminando irregularidades y extras.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proceso es un poco m\u00e1s fuerte en comparaci\u00f3n con el granallado.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pulido-quimico-al-vapor-alisado-al-vapor\"><strong>Pulido qu\u00edmico al vapor \/ Alisado al vapor<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>A diferencia de los procesos de alisados f\u00edsicos, como el pulido en bombo, el alisado por vapor no elimina material de la pieza. En su lugar, se introduce un agente de acabado de vapor (FA 326) en una c\u00e1mara de procesamiento sellada junto con las piezas que se van a alisar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El vapor se adhiere a la superficie de la pieza, donde crea una fusi\u00f3n qu\u00edmica controlada. Esta fusi\u00f3n qu\u00edmica reduce los picos y valles de la superficie al licuar y redistribuir el material, y hace que la superficie sea uniforme. Este proceso tambi\u00e9n mejora el brillo y la calidad de la superficie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta opci\u00f3n de acabado superficial de alta calidad es, por tanto, m\u00e1s cara en comparaci\u00f3n con los dem\u00e1s procesos. posible imprimir piezas 3D directamente en color, por ejemplo, con filamentos coloreados mediante el proceso FDM, es muy habitual utilizar una operaci\u00f3n de acabado superficial para colorear las piezas 3D.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pintura-en-espray\"><strong>Pintura en espray<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Como su nombre indica, la pintura en espray es el recubrimiento de
