Es una alternativa rentable al moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n, ya que no requiere un costoso utillaje de acero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proceso permite fabricar piezas est\u00e9ticas con buenas propiedades mec\u00e1nicas y gran precisi\u00f3n dimensional. Se utiliza habitualmente en industrias como la automoci\u00f3n (colectores de admisi\u00f3n, sistemas de escape, paneles de carrocer\u00eda), productos de consumo (juguetes, equipamiento deportivo) y electr\u00f3nica, en particular para la producci\u00f3n de carcasas, estuches de bater\u00edas y soportes de celdas.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-es-la-fundicion-al-vacio\"><strong><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la fundici\u00f3n al vac\u00edo?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>La fundici\u00f3n al vac\u00edo consiste en verter pl\u00e1stico l\u00edquido en un molde de silicona y, a continuaci\u00f3n, curarlo en un horno. Una c\u00e1mara de vac\u00edo elimina el aire atrapado, garantizando un llenado completo de la cavidad y piezas sin burbujas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso admite formas complejas, rebajes y sobremoldeo por inserci\u00f3n, ofreciendo una excelente flexibilidad de dise\u00f1o. Es ideal para piezas de preserie con un aspecto y un rendimiento similares a los de los componentes moldeados por inyecci\u00f3n, un valioso paso previo a la producci\u00f3n en serie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, la fundici\u00f3n al vac\u00edo tiene sus l\u00edmites. El funcionamiento manual reduce la precisi\u00f3n dimensional, el rendimiento y la repetibilidad, por lo que es menos escalable que los m\u00e9todos automatizados.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
