Para cada p\u00faa, toc\u00f3 el mismo riff de guitarra corto y en\u00e9rgico, elegido espec\u00edficamente para evaluar la fuerza y la flexibilidad de las p\u00faas.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"espesor-de-prueba-de-1-mm\"><strong>Espesor de prueba de 1 mm<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Normalmente, las p\u00faas de guitarra con un espesor de 1 mm producen un tono m\u00e1s sucio debido a su perfil ligeramente m\u00e1s grueso. evaluaci\u00f3n experimental de p\u00faas de guitarra, comprobamos que s\u00f3lo 1 de cada 9 p\u00faas acababa rompi\u00e9ndose, y descubrimos diferencias significativas en su rendimiento en funci\u00f3n del material y el m\u00e9todo de impresi\u00f3n. Todas las p\u00faas de 0,5 mm mostraban cierta deformaci\u00f3n, independientemente de la tecnolog\u00eda o el material utilizados. En particular, las p\u00faas producidas por SLA, a pesar de su acabado liso, fueron las m\u00e1s propensas a romperse bajo tensi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cambio, las p\u00faas fabricadas con PA 12 utilizando SLS para espesores de 1 mm y 0,75 mm demostraron una durabilidad y resistencia superiores, soportando los rigores de la interpretaci\u00f3n prolongada. A pesar de tener una superficie m\u00e1s rugosa, estas p\u00faas resistieron m\u00faltiples sesiones, lo que demuestra que el SLS con PA 12 supera al ABS utilizado en FDM en t\u00e9rminos de flexibilidad y resistencia, lo que la convierte en la combinaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficaz para crear p\u00faas de guitarra robustas y duraderas.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"conclusion\"><strong>Conclusi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, las p\u00faas fabricadas mediante SLS con material PA 12 superaron sistem\u00e1ticamente a las dem\u00e1s en cuanto a durabilidad y flexibilidad, lo que las hace ideales para un uso repetido e intensivo. Este experimento subraya la importancia de seleccionar el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n y el espesor adecuados para aplicaciones espec\u00edficas.
