Esta es la historia de Sferasol, que ha desarrollado y patentado el primer colector solar t\u00e9rmico de forma esf\u00e9rica, capaz de aprovechar una mayor superficie en comparaci\u00f3n con los m\u00f3dulos planos tradicionales y, al mismo tiempo, integrarse en las viviendas como un aut\u00e9ntico objeto de dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-una-empresa-familiar-impulsada-por-la-innovacion\"><strong>Una empresa familiar impulsada por la innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, Sferasol es una empresa que combina dos marcas, Sferasol Ecology y Sferasol Energy. Sferasol Ecology tiene su origen en una empresa familiar creada en 1978, especializada en prensas de banda y tratamiento de lodos y aguas. Sferasol Energy tiene su origen en la idea de un colector solar t\u00e9rmico de forma esf\u00e9rica, que data de finales de los a\u00f1os 80.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A principios de la d\u00e9cada de 2000, la empresa particip\u00f3 en una StartCup con la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Tur\u00edn con este proyecto energ\u00e9tico, generando inmediatamente mucho inter\u00e9s por ser innovador y estar orientado al dise\u00f1o. Como peque\u00f1a empresa, no pod\u00edamos competir con los gigantes de los sectores fotovoltaico y t\u00e9rmico solar \u00abtradicional\u00bb (el cl\u00e1sico panel plano). Ten\u00edamos que encontrar un segmento de mercado nuevo y espec\u00edfico con un producto diferente e innovador. Sferasol tiene un impacto est\u00e9tico, y emocional, dir\u00eda yo, diferente de las soluciones a las que estamos acostumbrados. Adem\u00e1s, es un producto adecuado para una familia de 5-6 personas, f\u00e1cil de instalar en el jard\u00edn o en el balc\u00f3n; podr\u00eda decir que es casi como un electrodom\u00e9stico, porque no requiere un sistema de conexi\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trabajar-con-xometry-para-producir-piezas-de-acero-de-alta-calidad\"><strong>Trabajar con Xometry para producir piezas de acero de alta calidad<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Se puede decir que fue el cambio de material lo que llev\u00f3 a Sferasol a colaborar con Xometry. La empresa comenz\u00f3 utilizando hierro galvanizado, pero en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os decidi\u00f3 abandonar este material por el acero inoxidable, utilizado para estandarizar la producci\u00f3n provoc\u00f3 un cambio en la transformaci\u00f3n y la necesidad de encontrar nuevos proveedores. Esto ocurri\u00f3 en un momento en el que el acero, en 2022, alcanz\u00f3 valores muy altos. La prioridad de Sferasol fue encontrar inmediatamente un socio de calidad con precios competitivos, por lo que tuvieron la suerte de encontrar a Xometry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La empresa empez\u00f3 con una prueba de peque\u00f1os lotes de pivotes de acero (unos 50 por pieza), y luego pas\u00f3 a producir tambi\u00e9n lotes de cientos de pistones y fondos, siempre con torneado y fresado CNC. Ahora, est\u00e1n dando los primeros pasos para utilizar el moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n como tecnolog\u00eda prospectiva para sus piezas.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-xometry-acelero-la-cadena-de-suministro\"><strong>C\u00f3mo Xometry aceler\u00f3 la cadena de suministro<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Esto es lo que Mario Boaglio dijo sobre su cooperaci\u00f3n con Xometry: \u00abLo que me sorprendi\u00f3 de Xometry es un enfoque muy emp\u00e1tico, casi al \u00abestilo microempresa\u00bb, a pesar de ser una multinacional: la capacidad de adaptarse a las necesidades del cliente, con gran capacidad de respuesta, y de crear inmediatamente una relaci\u00f3n de confianza mutua. Debo ser sincero: no me siento tratado s\u00f3lo como un cliente. Desde el punto de vista t\u00e9cnico, Xometry nos ayud\u00f3 a agilizar nuestra cadena de suministro: encontramos proveedores certificados de piezas de acero a un precio muy competitivo, en muy poco tiempo\u00bb.<br>En cuanto al desarrollo de productos, confirm\u00f3 que depender\u00e1 mucho de la evoluci\u00f3n de las tecnolog\u00edas en el mercado, porque Sferasol sigue trabajando para optimizar el ciclo de producci\u00f3n. Su objetivo es aumentar cada vez m\u00e1s la presencia de sus productos en el mercado, centr\u00e1ndose en la mezcla que hace \u00fanica a Sferasol en el panorama de la Econom\u00eda Verde:
