Cette derni\u00e8re peut \u00e9galement oxyder les m\u00e9taux qui se couvriront alors de rouille. En plus d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l\u2019eau, il poss\u00e8de en plus une bonne r\u00e9sistance thermique et une bonne endurance aux agressions par les agents chimiques, comme les acides ou les solvants organiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technologie(s) d\u2019impression 3D appropri\u00e9e(s) :<\/strong> MJF et SLS<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nylon-pa-12\"><strong>Nylon PA 12<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ce mat\u00e9riau est dot\u00e9 d\u2019une bonne \u00e9lasticit\u00e9 et d\u2019une forte r\u00e9sistance aux impacts, en plus d\u2019une excellente r\u00e9sistance aux agents chimiques, aux alcools, aux huiles, aux hydrocarbures et aux d\u00e9tergents. Relativement stable face aux conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques et au rayonnement UV, le PA12 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie aussi d\u2019une certaine \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et, globalement, d\u2019un bon rapport qualit\u00e9 prix. Il est hautement r\u00e9sistant aux acides en solution aqueuse (phosphoriques ou chlorhydriques). Cependant, il peut \u00eatre endommag\u00e9 suite \u00e0 une exposition au soleil. Les techniques mentionn\u00e9es ci-dessous peuvent \u00eatre principalement appliqu\u00e9es pendant l\u2019impression FDM, afin de garantir une meilleure r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019eau du produit fini.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-epaisseur-de-couche\"><strong>\u00c9paisseur de couche<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Les impressions effectu\u00e9es avec une \u00e9paisseur de couche de 0,15 mm permettent d\u2019obtenir une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019eau, en plus d\u2019une bonne qualit\u00e9 d\u2019impression. Il est possible de r\u00e9duire la porosit\u00e9 d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce en augmentant l\u2019\u00e9paisseur des parois.
