Cela aura un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la pr\u00e9cision maximale atteignable.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9paisseur standard des parois m\u00e9talliques est de 0,794 mm et celle des parois en plastique est de 1,5 mm. En tant que concepteur, il est important de garder \u00e0 l\u2019esprit quel proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019usinage CNC est n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9aliser chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment, ou si cette r\u00e9alisation demande un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 en 3 axes ou en 5 axes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est plus facile d\u2019am\u00e9liorer un mod\u00e8le en se concentrant sur la pr\u00e9cision des \u00e9l\u00e9ments que sur leur esth\u00e9tique. Cette derni\u00e8re pourra toujours \u00eatre modifi\u00e9e en post-usinage.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-prevoir-un-rapport-profondeur-sur-largeur-correct-pour-vos-cavites\"><strong>5. Pr\u00e9voir un rapport profondeur sur largeur correct pour vos cavit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Les cavit\u00e9s trop profondes peuvent entra\u00eener des blocages, des d\u00e9viations ou des brisures de l\u2019outillage, et pr\u00e9senter un probl\u00e8me pour l\u2019\u00e9vacuation des copeaux. La profondeur des cavit\u00e9s ne doit pas exc\u00e9der 3 \u00e0 4 fois leur largeur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si une plus grande profondeur est n\u00e9cessaire, il faudra envisager de doter le mod\u00e8le d\u2019une profondeur de cavit\u00e9 variable. Ajouter un rayon de courbure sur les ar\u00eates internes verticales<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>La plupart des outils de d\u00e9coupe sont cylindriques et donc incapables de r\u00e9aliser des ar\u00eates internes abruptes. D\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019importance d\u2019ajouter un rayon de courbure sur ces ar\u00eates dans votre mod\u00e8le.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin d\u2019\u00e9viter d\u2019user inutilement les outils, il est vivement conseill\u00e9 d\u2019ajouter un rayon de courbure \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 130% du rayon de l\u2019outil de fraisage. Dans ce cas, il ne sera pas n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019avoir recours \u00e0 des fraises de finition ou \u00e0 des al\u00e9soirs pour mettre en forme un trou aux dimensions non standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour des trous jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une taille de 10 mm de diam\u00e8tre, on proc\u00e8de g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par incr\u00e9ments de 0,1 mm. Les incr\u00e9ments passent \u00e0 0,5 mm pour les tailles sup\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La profondeur des trous devrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre limit\u00e9e \u00e0 4 fois leur diam\u00e8tre. Vous \u00e9conomiserez plus de mat\u00e9riau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choisissez des police sans empattements et d\u2019une hauteur de 20 points pour ma\u00eetriser les co\u00fbts.
