Cet article a pour but de fournir une vue d\u2019ensemble aussi exhaustive que possible, de m\u00eame qu\u2019un comparatif entre ces deux technologies, lesquelles appartiennent \u00e0 des cat\u00e9gories d\u2019impression 3D radicalement diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"connaissances-de-base-sur-les-technologies-dimpression-3d\"><strong>Connaissances de base sur les technologies d\u2019impression 3D<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fused-deposition-modeling-fdm\"><strong>Fused deposition modeling (FDM)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>La technologie appel\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/fr\/impression-3d-depot-de-fil-fondu-fdm\/\">fused deposition modeling<\/a> (FDM, d\u00e9pot de fil fondu en fran\u00e7ais) est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019impression 3D bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019extrusion d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau sp\u00e9cifique (en l\u2019occurrence, des polym\u00e8res thermoplastiques vendus sous forme de filaments), pr\u00e9alablement port\u00e9 \u00e0 fusion et d\u00e9pos\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on s\u00e9lective, une couche apr\u00e8s l\u2019autre, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une buse. Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t suit un chemin pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini par le mod\u00e8le CAO afin d\u2019imprimer la pi\u00e8ce voulue. Ces derni\u00e8res emploient des r\u00e9sines thermodurcissables qui polym\u00e9risent \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re. C\u2019est une technologie d\u2019impression 3D tr\u00e8s puissante, capable de produire des ouvrages extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9cis et avec une haute r\u00e9solution, que l\u2019on pourra utiliser directement en application finale. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est particuli\u00e8rement indiqu\u00e9 pour les productions \u00e0 faible volume et pour le <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/it\/prototipazione-rapida\/\">prototypage rapide<\/a>. Ses principaux avantages sont : un rendu de surface lisse et une faible propension \u00e0 produire des d\u00e9chets.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"materiaux-utilisables-pour-limpression-3d\"><strong>Mat\u00e9riaux utilisables pour l\u2019impression 3D<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"materiaux-pour-limpression-3d-fdm\"><strong>Mat\u00e9riaux pour l\u2019impression 3D FDM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Parmi les plastiques rigides les plus largement utilis\u00e9s pour l\u2019impression FDM, Xometry propose : ABS, ABS ESD7, ABS M30, ASA, Nylon PA12, Nylon PA12 renforc\u00e9 au carbone, Polyamide 12 renforc\u00e9 \u00e0 la fibre de carbone, PC-ABS Polycarbonate, PC-ISO Polycarbonate, PC et assimil\u00e9s translucides et r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la chaleur, PC-Polycarbonate, PLA, PETG, PEEK, ULTEM 1010 et ULTEM 9085.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, l\u2019ASA est un thermoplastique amorphe b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019une r\u00e9sistance accrue aux intemp\u00e9ries. Une option int\u00e9ressante pour le prototypage, quand les d\u00e9tails les plus petits n\u2019ont pas une importance capitale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une faible pr\u00e9cision dimensionnelle<\/strong>. De par la nature m\u00eame des mat\u00e9riaux plastiques utilis\u00e9s en FDM, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus petits peuvent pr\u00e9senter des bavures, ce qui rend le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 impropre aux mod\u00e8les d\u2019architecture trop complexe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"etat-de-surface\"><strong>\u00c9tat de surface<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"impression-3d-sla-3\"><strong>Impression 3D SLA<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Un grain de surface comparable au verre<\/strong>. Les d\u00e9tails ext\u00e9rieurs comme int\u00e9rieurs sont tous parfaitement perceptibles, ce qui rend la technologie SLA tout \u00e0 fait adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de prototypes fonctionnels pour une revue g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"impression-3d-fdm-3\"><strong>Impression 3D FDM<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Un \u00ab effet d\u2019escalier \u00bb toujours trop \u00e9vident<\/strong>, en raison de la superposition de couches de plastique fondu. Le saut d\u2019une couche \u00e0 l\u2019autre est clairement perceptible et les ouvrages en r\u00e9sultant ont une surface relativement rugueuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Un fonctionnement bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019adh\u00e9rence des couches entre elles<\/strong>, ce qui rend les ouvrages imprim\u00e9s anisotropes. Des traitements suppl\u00e9mentaires en post-usinage pourront \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires pour lisser la surface, ce qui se traduira par des co\u00fbts additionnels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"choix-des-materiaux\"><strong>Choix des mat\u00e9riaux<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"impression-3d-sla-4\"><strong>Impression 3D SLA<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Un choix de mat\u00e9riaux limit\u00e9s<\/strong>. La liste des mat\u00e9riaux utilisables pour l\u2019impression FDM est plus que cons\u00e9quente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Des mat\u00e9riaux faciles \u00e0 se procurer<\/strong>.
