C\u2019est pourquoi ces domaines ont des besoins continus en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9cision et de personnalisation. Or, quand il s\u2019agit de solutions ou de traitements taill\u00e9s sur mesure, il est difficile de faire mieux que la fabrication additive. En effet, l<a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/fr\/impression-3d\/\">\u2019impression 3D<\/a> est \u00e0 m\u00eame de fournir des options, des solutions et des outils propres \u00e0 chaque cas afin de faire face aux difficult\u00e9s sanitaires qui \u00e9mergent de par le monde, comme la pand\u00e9mie r\u00e9cente due au COVID-19.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pourquoi-la-fabrication-additive-s-invite-t-elle-dans-la-medecine-et-dans-les-soins-dentaires\"><strong>Pourquoi la fabrication additive s\u2019invite-t-elle dans la m\u00e9decine et dans les soins dentaires ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-biocompatibilite\"><strong>Biocompatibilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Il existe de nombreux mat\u00e9riaux d\u2019impression 3D biocompatibles, une caract\u00e9ristique primordiale pour la fabrication des implants, des proth\u00e8ses et des couronnes dentaires, car cela signifie que les mat\u00e9riaux en question ne r\u00e9agissent pas lorsqu\u2019ils sont mis en contact avec un syst\u00e8me biologique, comme les muqueuses et tissus humains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La norme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mddionline.com\/news\/regulatory-guidelines-biocompatibility-safety-testing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ISO 10993<\/a>, qui d\u00e9finit les standards \u00e0 appliquer pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la biocompatibilit\u00e9 et fournit les informations n\u00e9cessaires pour mettre en place des proc\u00e9dures de test destin\u00e9es aux mat\u00e9riaux biocompatibles, peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e dans le cadre d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie plus large de gestion des risques et de la r\u00e9duction de leur impact. De nombreux mat\u00e9riaux, comme l\u2019ABS 30i, peuvent \u00eatre st\u00e9rilis\u00e9s de diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019alcool ou par exposition \u00e0 des rayonnements gamma. Ceci fait que la fabrication additive est la meilleure m\u00e9thode, et surtout la moins co\u00fbteuse, pour produire des pi\u00e8ces st\u00e9riles.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aptitude-a-la-bio-utilisation\"><strong>Aptitude \u00e0 la bio-utilisation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>En plus d\u2019\u00eatre biocompatibles, les dispositifs de remplacement comme les proth\u00e8ses, les implants ou les couronnes dentaires se doivent de poss\u00e9der certaines propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques qui les rendent similaires \u00e0 l\u2019organe ou au membre original. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, une proth\u00e8se osseuse ou articulaire doit \u00eatre solide et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une grande r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression et \u00e0 l\u2019usure. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques sont partag\u00e9es par de nombreux mat\u00e9riaux adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019industrie m\u00e9dicale, comme le titane, que l\u2019on peut, en plus, personnaliser pour le patient gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la fabrication additive.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-personnalisation\"><strong>Personnalisation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Il n\u2019existe pas deux patients identiques et m\u00eame, chez un patient donn\u00e9, les lobes des oreilles diff\u00e8rent en taille et en forme entre la droite et la gauche. Partant de l\u00e0, il est impossible de fabriquer une proth\u00e8se auditive sur un mod\u00e8le unique que chaque patient pourra porter et qui sera confortable d\u2019utilisation pour tous. Ce qui montre un r\u00e9el besoin de personnalisation, laquelle est justement l\u2019un des plus grands avantages de la fabrication additive. La technologie DLS de Carbon est d\u2019ailleurs capable de produire des pi\u00e8ces hautement pr\u00e9cises \u00e0 partir d\u2019\u00e9lastom\u00e8res souples et qui s\u2019adaptent parfaitement \u00e0 l\u2019oreille du patient.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prototypage\"><strong>Prototypage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Les capacit\u00e9s de la fabrication additive pour le prototypage rapide sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien connues et abondamment utilis\u00e9es dans le domaine m\u00e9dical et l\u2019industrie des soins dentaires. Qu\u2019ils s\u2019agissent de mod\u00e8les \u00e9labor\u00e9s \u00e0 partir d\u2019une m\u00e2choire ou d\u2019un genoux, les m\u00e9decins ont l\u2019avantage d\u2019avoir une r\u00e9plique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019organe d\u2019un patient, plus pratique qu\u2019un clich\u00e9 radio en 2D ou qu\u2019un rapport de scanner.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les autres avantages, il est possible de sauvegarder les donn\u00e9es d\u2019un patient en particulier sous forme de mod\u00e8le CAO afin d\u2019aider \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de certaines proc\u00e9dures. Les mod\u00e8les r\u00e9alistes obtenus permettent aussi de faciliter la formation et la compr\u00e9hension des stagiaires et internes en m\u00e9decine, par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de rapports 2D.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bio-impression-3d-et-ingenierie-tissulaire\"><strong>Bio-impression 3D et ing\u00e9nierie tissulaire<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Si un organe est endommag\u00e9 et n\u00e9cessite d\u2019\u00eatre trait\u00e9, cela peut se faire au moyen d\u2019un don d\u2019organe, d\u2019une autogreffe ou d\u2019une greffe r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de tissus pr\u00e9lev\u00e9s sur une partie saine et int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 la partie endommag\u00e9e. Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019une fraction de ce que permet l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie tissulaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le futur, l\u2019impression 3D pourra r\u00e9volutionner ce processus en substituant aux greffes classiques l\u2019impression des tissus n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 partir d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau compatible.
