Le secteur automobile a lui-m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 un fer de lance de l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation dans ce domaine, exp\u00e9rimentation qui a permis l\u2019ouverture de nouvelles voies. <\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quels-sont-les-domaines-dans-lesquels-l-impression-3d-est-particulierement-utile\"><strong>Quels sont les domaines dans lesquels l\u2019impression 3D est particuli\u00e8rement utile ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>La transition depuis les processus conventionnels de production vers les technologies <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/fr\/impression-3d\/\">d\u2019impression 3D<\/a> a r\u00e9volutionn\u00e9 les aspects techniques et commerciaux (en termes de fabrication de pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9caniques ou de produits au sens large) de nombre d\u2019entreprises de diff\u00e9rents secteurs industriels. Il en r\u00e9sulte une certaine flexibilit\u00e9 qui a ouvert la voie \u00e0 l\u2019innovation, en rendant possible l\u2019ajout de fonctionnalit\u00e9s am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, telles que l\u2019int\u00e9gration du c\u00e2blage \u00e9lectrique (notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des structures creuses), la r\u00e9duction du poids (avec l\u2019utilisation de maillages) et l\u2019apparition de g\u00e9om\u00e9tries complexes autrement impossibles \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, les nouvelles technologies de fabrication additive sont progressivement capables de produire des pi\u00e8ces imprim\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux, avec des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s propres (comme la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique ou des variations de r\u00e9sistance). Tout cela permet de guider plus sereinement la conception du produit, au travers des diff\u00e9rentes it\u00e9rations, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape de la production de masse. Cette capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 valider rapidement un concept rev\u00eat une importance capitale dans l\u2019industrie automobile. Baptis\u00e9 Uptis (Unique Puncture-proof Tire System ou syst\u00e8me pneumatique unifi\u00e9 anti-crevaison), ces pneus sont d\u00e9pourvus de chambres \u00e0 air afin de minimiser les risques de crevaisons et autres d\u00e9faillances li\u00e9es aux pertes d\u2019air. Un concept rendu possible uniquement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la fabrication additive, et qui, s\u2019il rencontre l\u2019engouement esp\u00e9r\u00e9, pourrait commencer \u00e0 \u00e9quiper certains v\u00e9hicules d\u00e8s 2024. The additively manufactured components were designed for the high-performance engine of the Porsche 911 GT2. 3D printing allowed optimizing the pistons, and as a result, making this critical engine element 10% lighter than the traditionally manufactured ones.
