Cet article \u00e9tudie 2 options possibles permettant d\u2019imprimer en 3D des pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9caniques dans diff\u00e9rents tons&nbsp;: l\u2019impression 3D couleur directe et la coloration post-usinage.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-deux-methodes-d-impression-3d-couleur\"><strong>Deux m\u00e9thodes d\u2019impression 3D couleur<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Il existe plusieurs m\u00e9thodes pour obtenir des impressions 3D en couleur, les deux plus populaires \u00e9tant&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Faire imprimer les pi\u00e8ces directement en couleur <\/strong>: en utilisant une mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re d\u2019impression (poudre ou filament) ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 la couleur d\u00e9sir\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faire colorer vos pi\u00e8ces en post-usinage <\/strong>: en utilisant un mat\u00e9riau de couleur standard (gris ou blanc) pour l\u2019impression, qui sera teint apr\u00e8s coup pour lui donner la couleur voulue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-differents-types-d-impression-3d-couleur\"><strong>Les diff\u00e9rents types d\u2019impression 3D couleur<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-impression-3d-couleur-directe\"><strong>L\u2019impression 3D couleur directe<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>L\u2019impression 3D couleur directe fait usage de filaments de couleurs vari\u00e9es pour imprimer en 3D les mod\u00e8les souhait\u00e9s. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, la technologie d\u2019impression 3D <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/fr\/impression-3d-depot-de-fil-fondu-fdm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FDM<\/a> doit sa popularit\u00e9 \u00e0 sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser des filaments dans des tons tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s. Cette m\u00e9thode permet d\u2019obtenir des couleurs \u00e9clatantes, alli\u00e9es \u00e0 un bon niveau de d\u00e9tails, quoique cela puisse varier en fonction de la qualit\u00e9 des filaments utilis\u00e9s.&nbsp; L\u2019impression 3D couleur directe n\u2019est pas sans inconv\u00e9nients cependant, le principal \u00e9tant l\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 de m\u00e9langer diff\u00e9rentes couleurs pour un seul ouvrage. Les options sont de plus limit\u00e9es aux couleurs de base offertes, ce qui ne permet pas d\u2019utiliser toutes les nuances du syst\u00e8me RAL.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-impression-3d-couleur-indirecte\"><strong>L\u2019impression 3D couleur indirecte<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>L\u2019impression 3D couleur indirecte d\u00e9signe une m\u00e9thode o\u00f9 la couleur est appliqu\u00e9e, \u00e0 partir d\u2019une source ext\u00e9rieure, pendant le processus d\u2019impression (par exemple, dans le cas de l\u2019impression 3D par <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/fr\/impression-3d-multi-jet-fusion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Multi Jet Fusion<\/a>). Elle permet d\u2019imprimer avec les mat\u00e9riaux les plus r\u00e9pandus (comme l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/fr\/materials\/abs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ABS<\/a> ou l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/fr\/materials\/asa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ASA<\/a>) dans une large palette de couleurs (noir, bleu, gris, ivoire, rouge).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une pi\u00e8ce m\u00e9canique imprim\u00e9e via FDM doit conserver le m\u00eame mat\u00e9riau tout au long du processus d\u2019impression. Il n\u2019est pas possible, par exemple, de commencer une impression en utilisant de l\u2019ASA blanc et de changer en plein milieu pour de l\u2019ABS noir. C\u2019est une m\u00e9thode de coloration tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandue, aussi bien pour les pi\u00e8ces imprim\u00e9es en 3D que pour celles usin\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on plus conventionnelle. Le principal inconv\u00e9nient est que la peinture ne p\u00e9n\u00e8tre pas la pi\u00e8ce et demeure en surface. couleur voulue ne sont pas int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans tous les formats de fichiers (par exemple, elles n\u2019apparaissent pas dans les fichiers .stl ou .catpart). Si vous avez l\u2019intention de faire imprimer votre projet en couleur (\u00e0 plus forte raison si vous avez opt\u00e9 pour la technologie MJF), nous vous conseillons d\u2019ajouter parmi vos imports, au moment de faire votre demande de devis, un fichier de type .obj, comportant les sp\u00e9cifications de couleur et de texture. Pour la technologie FDM, en revanche, les filaments utilis\u00e9s \u00e9tant d\u00e9j\u00e0 color\u00e9s, n\u2019importe quel type de fichier fera l\u2019affaire.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conclusion\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Comme nous avons pu le voir, il existe 2 approches possibles afin de faire imprimer en 3D des pi\u00e8ces en couleur : soit utiliser une technologie qui permet d\u2019ajouter la couleur directement au cours du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019impression (FDM, MJF), soit ajouter la couleur <em>a posteriori<\/em>, au cours d\u2019une \u00e9tape de post-usinage, via une teinture ou gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de la peinture en a\u00e9rosol. Les deux options sont relativement rentables et le surco\u00fbt est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement limit\u00e9 \u00e0 une hausse de 10% \u00e0 15% en moyenne.
