Il existe toute une gamme de finitions de surface disponibles que l\u2019on peut utiliser dans ce cas et qui auront une influence directe sur l\u2019aspect visuel, la texture, le ressenti et d\u2019autres caract\u00e9ristiques typiques de la surface d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce m\u00e9canique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019une consid\u00e9ration essentielle pour la conception du moule d\u2019injection plastique qu\u2019il est important de prendre en ligne de compte, non seulement du point de vue d\u2019un ing\u00e9nieur mais aussi du point de vue d\u2019un client.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quand-utiliser-des-finitions-de-surface-pour-l-injection-plastique\"><strong>Quand utiliser des finitions de surface pour l&rsquo;injection plastique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>La plupart des moules sont obtenus par usinage d\u2019aluminium ou d\u2019acier et la moindre imperfection \u00e0 la surface de ces derniers, comme les marques habituellement laiss\u00e9es par les appareils d\u2019usinage, sera n\u00e9cessairement report\u00e9e sur les pi\u00e8ces qu\u2019ils serviront \u00e0 mouler, \u00e0 moins que les imperfections en question ne soient retir\u00e9es par polissage ou microbillage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans de nombreux cas, en particulier quand on parle de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce, qui est rarement visible \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153il nu, les marques d\u2019outillage peuvent \u00eatre laiss\u00e9es sur le moule sans que cela ait un impact sur le fonctionnement de la pi\u00e8ce ou son aspect esth\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La surface des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es visible, en revanche, n\u00e9cessite des traitements additionnels, ce que pratiquement tous les moules subissent, \u00e0 des degr\u00e9s plus ou moins importants. Dans ces deux derniers cas, le traitement est appliqu\u00e9 apr\u00e8s que la pi\u00e8ce ait \u00e9t\u00e9 produite, comme une \u00e9tape de fabrication additionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019injection plastique, c\u2019est la surface du moule elle-m\u00eame qui est pr\u00e9par\u00e9e de telle sorte que les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es ressortent avec le grain de surface d\u00e9sir\u00e9. Par exemple, si la pi\u00e8ce r\u00e9clame une finition mate, la texture de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du moule sera trait\u00e9e pour obtenir des pi\u00e8ces avec un fini mat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ci-dessous sont mentionn\u00e9s diff\u00e9rents facteurs \u00e0 prendre en compte pour obtenir la bonne surface des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es. Ces facteurs d\u00e9termineront ainsile type de traitement \u00e0 appliquer sur la surface des pi\u00e8ces :<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ameliorer-laspect-esthetique-dune-piece\"><strong>Am\u00e9liorer l\u2019aspect esth\u00e9tique d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Les concepteurs peuvent s\u2019arr\u00eater \u00e0 une texture sp\u00e9cifique pour des raisons purement esth\u00e9tiques : une texture lisse ou une finition mate permet non seulement d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019apparence d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce et de lui donner un c\u00f4t\u00e9 bien ex\u00e9cut\u00e9, mais aussi de masquer certaines imperfections, comme les lignes d\u2019\u00e9coulement ou de soudure, les retassures ou les ombrages, qui sont tous des d\u00e9fauts propres au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de moulage par injection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019un point de vue purement commercial, un client pr\u00e9f\u00e8rera toujours des pi\u00e8ces pr\u00e9sentant un bon \u00e9tat de surface.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ameliorer-le-cote-fonctionnel-dune-piece\"><strong>Am\u00e9liorer le c\u00f4t\u00e9 fonctionnel d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Am\u00e9liorer la finition de surface permet de faciliter l\u2019adh\u00e9sion de la peinture ou des autocollants. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, une finition mate peut facilement conserver la peinture \u00e0 sa surface pour une dur\u00e9e sup\u00e9rieure et est bien adapt\u00e9e aux \u00e9tiquettes autocollantes. Cela permet \u00e9galement d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la prise en main de la pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traiter la texture de la surface d\u2019un moule peut \u00e9galement permettre d\u2019\u00e9viter certains d\u00e9fauts sur la surface des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es, comme les bavures, et d\u2019assurer que la mati\u00e8re plastique utilis\u00e9e remplisse bien l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du moule. Si ce dernier est bien con\u00e7u et avec la bonne texture, cela peut \u00e9galement faciliter l\u2019\u00e9vacuation des gaz prisonniers.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"finition-spi-pour-linjection-plastique\"><strong>Finition SPI pour l&rsquo;injection plastique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>SPI est l\u2019acronyme de \u00ab Society of Plastics Industry \u00bb, une organisation professionnelle qui a d\u00e9fini plusieurs proc\u00e9dures standardis\u00e9es de traitements de surface, afin d\u2019obtenir diff\u00e9rents types de rendus.
