Application des agents<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une t\u00eate d\u2019impression \u00e0 jet d\u2019encre d\u00e9pose deux agents sur des zones cibl\u00e9es :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019agent de fusion marque les zones \u00e0 fusionner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019agent de d\u00e9tail d\u00e9limite les contours fins et emp\u00eache la fusion non d\u00e9sir\u00e9e des zones adjacentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-fusion-thermique\"><strong>3. Fusion thermique<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une unit\u00e9 de chauffage infrarouge passe au-dessus du lit de poudre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seules les zones marqu\u00e9es avec l\u2019agent de fusion sont fondues et solidaris\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 permet d\u2019obtenir des pi\u00e8ces aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques isotropes et homog\u00e8nes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-recouvrement-des-couches\"><strong>4. Recouvrement des couches<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La plateforme s\u2019abaisse d\u2019environ 80 microns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une nouvelle couche de poudre est d\u00e9pos\u00e9e, et le cycle se r\u00e9p\u00e8te jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention de la pi\u00e8ce finale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-refroidissement-et-retrait-de-la-poudre\"><strong>5. Refroidissement et retrait de la poudre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019ensemble du volume de fabrication est refroidi progressivement dans l\u2019imprimante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La poudre non fusionn\u00e9e entourant les pi\u00e8ces est retir\u00e9e et peut \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aucune structure de support n\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire, la poudre elle-m\u00eame jouant ce r\u00f4le pendant l\u2019impression.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s impression, les pi\u00e8ces peuvent subir des \u00e9tapes de finition, telles que le sablage, la teinture ou le lissage chimique (vapor smoothing), afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leur apparence et leur qualit\u00e9 de surface.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 impression 3D<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>La technologie MJF est l\u2019une des technologies d\u2019impression 3D les plus populaires pour la r\u00e9alisation de prototypes et les productions \u00e0 faible volume. Cependant, en raison de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 dont elle fait preuve \u00e9galement sur des \u00e9chelles plus grandes, elle est aussi utilis\u00e9e pour les productions \u00e0 volume interm\u00e9diaire. Certains avantages, qui lui sont propres, en font une technologie d\u2019impression 3D unique en son genre.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-impressions-mjf-ne-necessitent-pas-de-structures-de-maintien\"><strong>Les impressions MJF ne n\u00e9cessitent pas de structures de maintien<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>La technologie d\u2019impression 3D MJF faisant partie de la famille des technologies de fabrication additive bas\u00e9es sur lit de mati\u00e8re pulv\u00e9rulente en fusion, les pi\u00e8ces r\u00e9alis\u00e9es ne n\u00e9cessitent aucune structure de maintien : au cours de l\u2019impression, les espaces vides sont naturellement combl\u00e9s par la poudre restante. Il est en effet possible, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette technologie, de produire des pi\u00e8ces compl\u00e8tement fonctionnelles, toutes en couleur et qui conservent des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques optimales.
