Ceci est particuli\u00e8rement important pour les joints \u00e0 rotule, les charni\u00e8res et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d&#8217;embo\u00eetement. Diviser les grands assemblages en sections juxtaposables<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>La taille maximale de fabrication de PolyJet est de <strong>490 \u00d7 391 \u00d7 200 mm<\/strong>. Divisez les grandes pi\u00e8ces pour les imprimer s\u00e9par\u00e9ment et les assembler, et utilisez des \u00e9l\u00e9ments m\u00e9caniques tels que les queues d&rsquo;aronde, les coupes en puzzle ou les languettes imbriqu\u00e9es pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;alignement et la solidit\u00e9 des joints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planifiez l&rsquo;assemblage \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance&nbsp;: pr\u00e9voyez un d\u00e9gagement pour le collage et placez les divisions dans des zones peu sollicit\u00e9es et cach\u00e9es afin de pr\u00e9server la r\u00e9sistance et la finition.
