Au cours du premier proc\u00e9d\u00e9, une couche est ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 la surface, tandis que le second proc\u00e9d\u00e9 implique l&rsquo;enl\u00e8vement de mati\u00e8re de la surface. Le placage m\u00e9tallique est \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 rev\u00eatement tandis que le polissage est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement appel\u00e9 finition de surface.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-placage-ou-revetement-metallique-pour-les-pieces-de-tolerie\"><strong>Placage ou rev\u00eatement m\u00e9tallique pour les pi\u00e8ces de t\u00f4lerie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Le principe g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du rev\u00eatement m\u00e9tallique implique l&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;une couche sur la surface. Les processus suivants expliquent ce sujet en d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-galvanisation\"><strong>Galvanisation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>La galvanisation est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 principalement associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;acier. L&rsquo;acier inoxydable comprend principalement du fer, du chrome et du nickel. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anticorrosion de l&rsquo;acier inoxydable sont fournies par le chrome dans l&rsquo;alliage, car il produit naturellement une couche d&rsquo;oxyde de chrome sur la surface tandis que le fer libre facilite la corrosion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La passivation implique l&rsquo;immersion de l&rsquo;acier inoxydable dans un bain acide (par ex&nbsp;: l&rsquo;acide nitrique) qui dissout le fer libre et am\u00e9liore la r\u00e9sistance de l&rsquo;oxyde de chrome, luttant ainsi contre la corrosion.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-anodisation\"><strong>Anodisation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;anodisation est similaire \u00e0 la passivation, car elle augmente l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de la couche d&rsquo;oxyde, rendant ainsi la surface m\u00e9tallique r\u00e9sistante \u00e0 la corrosion. Elle tr\u00e8s courante pour l&rsquo;aluminium. Elle diff\u00e8re de la passivation o\u00f9 au lieu de simplement plonger la pi\u00e8ce dans l&rsquo;acide, un processus \u00e9lectrolytique est impliqu\u00e9. On l&rsquo;appelle donc aussi passivation \u00e9lectrolytique.<\/p>\n\n\n[MA GDPR YouTube] Invalid video id.\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;anodisation, l&rsquo;alliage d&rsquo;aluminium est tremp\u00e9 dans un \u00e9lectrolyte d&rsquo;acide sulfurique et utilis\u00e9 comme anode. Lorsqu&rsquo;une cathode (mat\u00e9riau inerte comme l&rsquo;acier inoxydable, le nickel, le carbone, etc.) est plac\u00e9e et que l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 passe, l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne s&rsquo;\u00e9coule vers l&rsquo;anode et r\u00e9agit en formant un oxyde anodique. Cet oxyde anodique contient principalement de l&rsquo;oxyde d&rsquo;aluminium qui prot\u00e8ge contre la corrosion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9lectrolytes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement&nbsp;constitu\u00e9s de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10 \u00e0 15 % d&rsquo;acide sulfurique en solution \u00e0 25\u2103 qui produit une couche d&rsquo;oxyde d&rsquo;environ 25 \u00b5m\/h<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;acides oxalique et sulfurique \u00e0 30\u2103, produisant environ 30 \u00b5m\/h<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10% d&rsquo;acide chromique fonctionnant entre 38 et 42&nbsp;\u00b0C, produisant environ 15 \u00b5m\/h<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;anodisation conf\u00e8re \u00e9galement une finition de surface grossi\u00e8re et granuleuse au m\u00e9tal. Elle facilite \u00e9galement le pi\u00e9geage du colorant dans la couche d&rsquo;oxyde, donnant ainsi une couleur quasi permanente.<\/p>\n\n\n    <section class=\"article-slider-block\">\r\n
