La gamme se compose de machines compactes, avec un volume d\u2019impression r\u00e9duit , et disponibles \u00e0 des prix raisonnables. Ces imprimantes permettent \u00e0 leurs utilisateurs, ou aux personnes qui en font un hobby, d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter diff\u00e9rentes variations de leurs mod\u00e8les CAO et de r\u00e9aliser des prototypes avec un bon niveau de d\u00e9tails.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"caracteristiques%25c2%25a0\"><strong>Caract\u00e9ristiques<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prix :<\/strong> les premiers prix commencent aux alentours de 300\u20ac ce qui, compar\u00e9 aux technologies <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/fr\/impression-3d-depot-de-fil-fondu-fdm\/\">FDM<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/fr\/impression-3d-multi-jet-fusion\/\">MJF<\/a>, demeure assez cher. Toutefois, cela se justifie par le niveau de d\u00e9tails obtenu avec la technologie SLA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Volume d\u2019ouvrage :<\/strong> les imprimantes 3D SLA domestiques sont con\u00e7ues pour produire des ouvrages de petite taille, sur des volumes r\u00e9duits. Elles sont d\u2019ailleurs consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des \u00ab mini-versions \u00bb de leurs homologues industriels. En moyenne, la taille des ouvrages obtenus se situe aux alentours de 145 mm X 145 mm x 175 mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mat\u00e9riaux :<\/strong> en d\u00e9pit de sa taille, la quantit\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riaux disponibles est assez int\u00e9ressante, avec des r\u00e9sines pouvant servir \u00e0 la fabrication de pi\u00e8ces transparentes, solides ou flexibles, voire m\u00eame des proth\u00e8ses dentaires. Dans le cadre de l\u2019impression grand public, les mat\u00e9riaux les plus communs sont : les PC et assimil\u00e9s, les ABS et assimil\u00e9s, les EPU et assimil\u00e9s. Beaucoup de ces mat\u00e9riaux sont disponibles sur le march\u00e9 \u00e0 des prix tr\u00e8s abordables, avoisinant parfois les 15\u20ac pour 500 ml.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9solution :<\/strong> les imprimantes 3D grand public sont habituellement capables de fournir une excellente r\u00e9solution, surtout ramen\u00e9e au prix d\u2019achat, mais qui souffre d\u2019une pauvre r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9. L\u2019\u00e9paisseur de couche est d\u2019environ 25 \u00e0 200 microns.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Poids :<\/strong> le poids d\u2019une imprimante 3D SLA domestique est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 kg, ce qui en fait un appareil facilement transportable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"applications\"><strong>Applications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les imprimantes 3D SLA destin\u00e9es au grand public ne sont ni particuli\u00e8rement puissantes, ni suffisamment efficaces pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es afin de faire du prototypage rapide dans un cadre industriel. Elles sont n\u00e9anmoins capables de produire des pi\u00e8ces solides ou flexibles, utilisables en tant qu\u2019implants dentaires, voire aptes \u00e0 \u00eatre coul\u00e9es. Compar\u00e9e \u00e0 celle des imprimantes industrielles, la r\u00e9solution des imprimantes SLA grand public demeure assez faible, les pi\u00e8ces obtenues pourront donc n\u00e9cessiter d\u2019\u00eatre trait\u00e9es en post-usinage. De ce fait, la complexit\u00e9 des mod\u00e8les r\u00e9alisables est limit\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"impression-3d-industrielle%25c2%25a0\"><strong>Impression 3D industrielle\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>L\u2019impression 3D industrielle (aussi appel\u00e9e \u00ab impression 3D professionnelle \u00bb) est le pendant industriel de l\u2019impression 3D grand public. Les imprimantes SLA professionnelles ont tendance \u00e0 sortir du lot, tant en termes de volume d\u2019ouvrage que de la pr\u00e9cision des pi\u00e8ces r\u00e9alis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"caracteristiques%25c2%25a0-2\"><strong>Caract\u00e9ristiques<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prix : <\/strong>les imprimantes 3D SLA professionnelles sont utilis\u00e9es pour r\u00e9aliser des pi\u00e8ces de qualit\u00e9 industrielle ou m\u00e9dicale. Leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 produire efficacement des gros assemblages avec la meilleure pr\u00e9cision possible en font des outils particuli\u00e8rement chers \u00e0 l\u2019achat. Les mat\u00e9riaux d\u2019impression souffrent aussi d\u2019un tarif \u00e9lev\u00e9, la cons\u00e9quence \u00e9tant que n\u2019importe quelle projet d\u2019impression 3D men\u00e9 sur ce genre d\u2019imprimante reviendra au moins 10 fois plus cher que sur une imprimante domestique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Volume d\u2019ouvrage :<\/strong> une consid\u00e9ration importante dans le domaine de l\u2019impression 3D professionnelle, car elle conditionne la taille maximale des ouvrages r\u00e9alisables en un seul jet. Les imprimantes professionnelles sont en mesure de r\u00e9aliser ais\u00e9ment des assemblages de taille cons\u00e9quente, une taille qui va g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 2100 mm x 800 mm x 700 mm \u00e0 plus, selon les imprimantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mat\u00e9riaux : <\/strong>les imprimantes 3D SLA professionnelles peuvent utiliser davantage de mat\u00e9riaux diff\u00e9rents que leurs homologues grand public. La possibilit\u00e9 de choisir parmi un large \u00e9ventail de mat\u00e9riaux disponibles donne aux utilisateurs une plus grande marge de man\u0153uvre pour d\u00e9terminer celui qui correspond le mieux \u00e0 leurs exigences. Naturellement, les imprimantes professionnelles sont compatibles avec tous les mat\u00e9riaux utilisables par les imprimantes domestiques, avec de nombreuses options suppl\u00e9mentaires, comme les mat\u00e9riaux True Silicone ou les r\u00e9sines de qualit\u00e9 industrielle.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9solution :<\/strong> la r\u00e9solution correspond \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9paisseur minimum de la couche de mati\u00e8re d\u00e9pos\u00e9e et constitue une exigence cruciale dans de nombreuses applications industrielles.
