Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une technologie tr\u00e8s puissante, qui permet de produire des pi\u00e8ces de haute r\u00e9solution et d\u2019une pr\u00e9cision extr\u00eame, utilisables directement en application finale, pour du prototypage rapide ou de la production en petites s\u00e9ries.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-fonctionne-la-stereolithographie\"><strong>Comment fonctionne la st\u00e9r\u00e9olithographie ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Une imprimante SLA comporte 4 parties principales :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une cuve remplie avec la r\u00e9sine, qui se pr\u00e9sente g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sous la forme d\u2019un plastique liquide translucide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une plateforme perfor\u00e9e, verticalement mobile dans les deux sens le long de l\u2019axe Z (en fonction du processus d\u2019impression), et que l\u2019on immerge dans la cuve de r\u00e9sine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un laser ultraviolet \u00e0 haute puissance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une unit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le informatique, capable de piloter \u00e0 la fois la plateforme et les mouvements du laser UV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div syst\u00e8me, le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019impression par st\u00e9r\u00e9olithographie passe par les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9tape 1 <\/strong>: le laser UV dessine la premi\u00e8re couche de l\u2019impression dans la r\u00e9sine photosensitive : au contact du laser, la portion de r\u00e9sine touch\u00e9e se solidifie. Le laser est dirig\u00e9 vers les coordonn\u00e9es appropri\u00e9es, selon le mod\u00e8le de la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 imprimer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9tape 2 <\/strong>:<strong> <\/strong>apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re couche, la plateforme est rehauss\u00e9e d\u2019une hauteur identique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de couche (environ 0,1 mm) tandis que la quantit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9sine est d\u00e9vers\u00e9e en dessous de la partie d\u00e9j\u00e0 imprim\u00e9e. Le laser est alors utilis\u00e9 pour polym\u00e9riser une couche suppl\u00e9mentaire, et le processus se r\u00e9p\u00e8te jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ach\u00e8vement de la pi\u00e8ce. La r\u00e9sine qui n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 en contact avec le laser peut \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9tape 3<\/strong> : une fois la pi\u00e8ce termin\u00e9e, la plateforme s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sortir compl\u00e8tement de la cuve, tandis que la r\u00e9sine restante est drain\u00e9e. Le mod\u00e8le est alors d\u00e9tach\u00e9 de la plateforme, rinc\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019alcool pour retirer la r\u00e9sine en exc\u00e8s, et plac\u00e9 dans un four \u00e0 UV pour une ultime phase de polym\u00e9risation, dite polym\u00e9risation post-impression, qui permet de stabiliser les pi\u00e8ces imprim\u00e9es et de leur conf\u00e9rer le plus haut degr\u00e9 de r\u00e9sistance possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9tape 4 <\/strong>: Les structures de maintien sont retir\u00e9es lors de la phase de post-usinage (le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-materiaux-pour-l-impression-3d-sla\"><strong>Mat\u00e9riaux pour l\u2019impression 3D SLA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Parmi les mat\u00e9riaux les plus utilis\u00e9s pour
