Les particules du milieu frappant contre la surface apportent une finition plus lisse et une texture uniforme \u00e0 la pi\u00e8ce. C&rsquo;est la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour lisser la surface et \u00e9liminer les r\u00e9sidus de mat\u00e9riaux. Ce processus est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 pour enlever la peinture ou cr\u00e9er une surface uniforme pour la peinture et la teinture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette finition cr\u00e9e une texture plus lisse par rapport \u00e0 la pi\u00e8ce d&rsquo;origine avec une texture presque uniforme, mais ne donne pas un aspect brillant.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-finitions-en-impression-3d-pour-obtenir-surface-lisse\"><strong>Finitions en impression 3D pour obtenir surface lisse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>La finition des impressions 3D en plastique ou en m\u00e9tal constitue le moyen le plus efficace de garantir une surface lisse. Dans la plupart des cas, les m\u00e9thodes de finition peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/fr\/comment-obtenir-une-surface-lisse-en-impression-3d\/\">obtenir une pi\u00e8ce avec une surface plus lisse<\/a>, quel que soit le mat\u00e9riau ou le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d&rsquo;impression utilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les diff\u00e9rentes techniques de finition de surface offriront des textures et des apparences diff\u00e9rentes et ne conviennent \u00e0 toutes les impressions 3D. La g\u00e9om\u00e9trie des pi\u00e8ces et le mat\u00e9riau utilis\u00e9 sont les deux principaux facteurs qui influencent les techniques de finition. Les options de finition suivantes sont disponibles dans le moteur de devis instantan\u00e9 de Xometry.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-microbillage\"><strong>Microbillage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Le microbillage est similaire au grenaillage,\u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence qu&rsquo;au lieu d&rsquo;un m\u00e9dia, des billes de verre sont impact\u00e9es sur la surface de la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 grande vitesse. Certaines des tonneaux les plus courants et les plus larges sont capables de polir des pi\u00e8ces de 400 x 120 x 120 mm ou 200 x 200 x 200 mm. Pour une texture de surface plus lisse, les pi\u00e8ces MJF ou SLS peuvent \u00eatre polies dans des tonneaux avec des m\u00e9dias de polissage ou des tonneaux vibrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les impressions 3D doivent \u00eatre plac\u00e9es dans un tambour de m\u00e9dia qui contient de petits copeaux de c\u00e9ramique.\u00a0 Sous l&rsquo;effet de vibrations intenses, les copeaux de c\u00e9ramique frottent contre la pi\u00e8ce, \u00e9liminant les irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s et les surplus. Au lieu de cela, un agent de finition \u00e0 la vapeur (FA 326) est introduit dans une chambre de traitement scell\u00e9e avec les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 traiter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vapeur adh\u00e8re \u00e0 la surface de la pi\u00e8ce o\u00f9 elle cr\u00e9e une fusion chimique contr\u00f4l\u00e9e. Cette fusion chimique r\u00e9duit les irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s de surface en liqu\u00e9fiant et en redistribuant le mat\u00e9riau et rend la surface uniforme. Ce processus am\u00e9liore \u00e9galement la brillance et la qualit\u00e9 de la surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette option de finition de surface de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure est donc plus co\u00fbteuse par rapport aux autres processus.
