En plus de diminuer la valeur esth\u00e9tique des pi\u00e8ces, ces marquent peuvent \u00e9galement avoir un impact sur les dimensions et les tol\u00e9rances. Afin de livrer une pi\u00e8ce correctement finie, les traitements de finition de surface sont fortement recommand\u00e9s en usinage CNC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces op\u00e9rations de post-usinage permettent non seulement d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance du mat\u00e9riau, mais \u00e9galement de conf\u00e9rer des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anticorrosion et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la rugosit\u00e9 de surface.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-traitements-thermiques-et-finitions-de-surface\"><strong>Traitements thermiques et finitions de surface<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Les deux op\u00e9rations de post-usinage les plus couramment utilis\u00e9es dans le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication par<a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/fr\/usinage-cnc\/\"> usinage CNC<\/a> sont les traitements thermiques (recuit, c\u00e9mentation) et les traitements de surface (microbillage, rev\u00eatement par poudre\u2026). Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9rales telles que la r\u00e9sistance, la duret\u00e9, la ductilit\u00e9, la mall\u00e9abilit\u00e9, la formabilit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 peuvent \u00eatre augment\u00e9es ou diminu\u00e9es par cette proc\u00e9dure. Les op\u00e9rations li\u00e9es aux traitements thermiques sont les suivantes.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-recuit\"><strong>Recuit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Le processus de recuit consiste \u00e0 chauffer un m\u00e9tal \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature proche ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 celle \u00e0 laquelle la recristallisation commence sans modification des contraintes. Apr\u00e8s chauffage, le m\u00e9tal doit \u00eatre refroidi \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante dans le four ou mis dans le sable. Ce refroidissement lent du m\u00e9tal augmente l&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal en r\u00e9duisant sa duret\u00e9, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la capacit\u00e9 de travail \u00e0 froid du m\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 pour les alliages d&rsquo;acier, mais il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour le cuivre, l&rsquo;aluminium et le laiton.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-revenu\"><strong>Revenu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Le revenu est une m\u00e9thode de traitement thermique qui est principalement d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la duret\u00e9 des m\u00e9taux. Il s\u2019agit de chauffer le m\u00e9tal \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature inf\u00e9rieure au point critique. La temp\u00e9rature est ajust\u00e9e en fonction de la duret\u00e9 qui doit \u00eatre r\u00e9duite et elle varie \u00e9galement en fonction du type de m\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les basses temp\u00e9ratures r\u00e9duisent la fragilit\u00e9 tout en conservant la plus grande partie de la duret\u00e9. Les temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, en revanche, r\u00e9duisent la duret\u00e9 et augmentent l&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 et la plasticit\u00e9, mais r\u00e9duisent un peu le rendement et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un chauffage progressif est recommand\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter la fissuration de l&rsquo;acier. Le m\u00e9tal est ensuite maintenu \u00e0 cette temp\u00e9rature pendant une dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e. La c\u00e9mentation consiste \u00e0 induire du carbone ou de l\u2019azote dans des alliages \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, de sorte que la capacit\u00e9 de trempe augmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce fini de surface peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 sur la pi\u00e8ce avant ou apr\u00e8s le processus d&rsquo;usinage CNC.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trempe-a-coeur\"><strong>Trempe \u00e0 c\u0153ur<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>La trempe \u00e0 c\u0153ur diff\u00e8re du traitement thermique de surface o\u00f9, au lieu de juste la surface, l&rsquo;alliage entier est con\u00e7u pour avoir une capacit\u00e9 de trempe relativement similaire. Ceci peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en introduisant du carbone dans la matrice d&rsquo;alliage et en la trempant \u00e0 plusieurs reprises dans de la saumure ou dans de l&rsquo;eau. La trempe \u00e0 l\u2019huile peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-options-de-finition-de-surface-cnc-chez-xometry\"><strong>Options de finition de surface CNC chez Xometry<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Les op\u00e9rations li\u00e9es aux finitions de surface sont les suivantes.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-microbillage\"><strong>Microbillage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Le microbillage consiste \u00e0 pulv\u00e9riser un flux pressuris\u00e9 de petites billes (en verre ou en plastique), \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un embout sur la surface de la pi\u00e8ce. Cela \u00e9limine les bavures et les imperfections, laissant une finition lisse. De plus, le produit fini ressemble \u00e0 un produit avec une finition satin\u00e9e uniforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Le microbillage se fait dans une chambre ferm\u00e9e. Le microbillage avec des billes de verre est plus courant pour les pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es CNC. Comme la surface est mate, elle est id\u00e9ale comme traitement pr\u00e9liminaire de finition de surface pour la peinture et la teinture. Le microbillage avant anodisation est \u00e9galement une pr\u00e9paration de surface id\u00e9ale, cr\u00e9ant une surface non r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La taille de pi\u00e8ce recommand\u00e9e est comprise entre 6 et 600 mm \u00e0 la fois pour la hauteur et la largeur. Le substrat est plong\u00e9 dans une solution aqueuse contenant des sels de nickel et des agents r\u00e9ducteurs de phosphore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 la galvanoplastie, cette proc\u00e9dure plaque le substrat uniform\u00e9ment tandis que le premier souffre d&rsquo;une densit\u00e9 de courant et d\u2019une r\u00e9sistance in\u00e9gales du substrat.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-revetement-par-poudre\"><strong>Rev\u00eatement par poudre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de rev\u00eatement par poudre consiste \u00e0 appliquer une poudre s\u00e8che fluide sur un substrat. Contrairement \u00e0 la peinture liquide normale qui utilise un solvant d&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation, le rev\u00eatement en poudre est appliqu\u00e9 \u00e9lectrostatiquement et durci sous la chaleur ou la lumi\u00e8re UV. La poudre peut \u00eatre une mati\u00e8re thermoplastique ou un polym\u00e8re thermodurci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La finition est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus dure et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re compar\u00e9e aux couches conventionnelles. Les m\u00e9taux comme l&rsquo;aluminium et l&rsquo;acier peuvent \u00eatre efficacement recouverts de poudres polym\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n    <section class=\"article-slider-block\">\r\n        <div galvanoplastie. Dans ce dernier, le substrat est une cathode et l&rsquo;anode sacrificielle communique ses ions \u00e0 la cathode. Ici, il est invers\u00e9 lorsque le substrat est une anode et que ses ions se d\u00e9placent vers la cathode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce processus, les micropics et les vall\u00e9es sont nivel\u00e9s. C&rsquo;est une tr\u00e8s bonne technique d&rsquo;\u00e9bavurage et de r\u00e9duction de la rugosit\u00e9 moyenne de surface.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-passivation\"><strong>Passivation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>La passivation est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 impliquant principalement de l&rsquo;acier inoxydable qui comprend principalement du fer, du chrome et du nickel. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anticorrosion de l&rsquo;acier inoxydable sont fournies par le chrome dans l&rsquo;alliage, car il produit naturellement une couche d&rsquo;oxyde de chrome sur la surface tandis que le fer libre facilite la corrosion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La passivation consiste en l&rsquo;immersion d&rsquo;acide inoxydable dans un bain acide (par ex. de l&rsquo;acide nitrique) qui dissout le fer libre et am\u00e9liore la r\u00e9sistance de l&rsquo;oxyde de chrome, contre la corrosion.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-anodisation\"><strong>Anodisation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;anodisation est similaire \u00e0 la passivation, car elle am\u00e9liore l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de la couche d&rsquo;oxyde, rendant ainsi la surface m\u00e9tallique r\u00e9sistante \u00e0 la corrosion. Elle est tr\u00e8s courante pour l&rsquo;aluminium lors de l&rsquo;usinage CNC. Elle est diff\u00e9rente de la passivation o\u00f9 au lieu d&rsquo;un simple trempage dans l&rsquo;acide, il y a aussi un processus \u00e9lectrolytique. On l&rsquo;appelle donc aussi passivation \u00e9lectrolytique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En anodisation, l&rsquo;alliage d&rsquo;aluminium est tremp\u00e9 dans un \u00e9lectrolyte d&rsquo;acide sulfurique et utilis\u00e9 comme anode. Lorsqu\u2019une cathode (mat\u00e9riau inerte comme l\u2019acier inoxydable, le nickel, le carbone, etc.) est plac\u00e9e et que l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est pass\u00e9e, l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne s\u2019\u00e9coule vers l\u2019anode et r\u00e9agit en formant un oxyde anodique. Cet oxyde anodique contient principalement de l\u2019oxyde d\u2019aluminium qui prot\u00e8ge contre la corrosion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9lectrolytes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Solution d\u2019acide sulfurique \u00e0 10\u201315 % \u00e0 25\u00b0C qui produit une couche d\u2019oxyde d\u2019environ 25 \u03bcm\/h<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9lange d\u2019acides oxalique et sulfurique \u00e0 30\u00b0C, produisant environ 30 \u03bcm\/h<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 % d\u2019acide chromique fonctionnant \u00e0 38\u201342 \u00b0C, produisant environ 15 \u03bcm\/h<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019anodisation conf\u00e8re \u00e9galement une finition de surface grossi\u00e8re et granuleuse au m\u00e9tal.
