Elle varie consid\u00e9rablement en fonction de la technologie d&rsquo;impression 3D utilis\u00e9e, de la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;imprimante et du mat\u00e9riau utilis\u00e9. Le design de la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 imprimer ainsi que la position et l&rsquo;orientation de la pi\u00e8ce pendant l&rsquo;impression influencent \u00e9galement la qualit\u00e9 de la surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de choisir un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication additive, il faut tenir compte de la rugosit\u00e9 (mesur\u00e9e dans la plupart des cas en Ra) des pi\u00e8ces imprim\u00e9es en 3D. Pour les technologies qui utilisent des structures de support, comme celle du d\u00e9p\u00f4t de fil fondu (FDM), il faut faire particuli\u00e8rement attention car il existe un point de contact entre les structures de support et la pi\u00e8ce r\u00e9elle qui a une qualit\u00e9 de surface compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-evaluation-de-la-rugosite-de-surface-des-procedes-d-impression-3d\"><strong><strong>\u00c9valuation de la rugosit\u00e9 de surface des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s d&rsquo;impression 3D<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>La rugosit\u00e9 de surface d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riau est essentiellement mesur\u00e9e en termes de valeurs Ra et Rz. Ra, dans ses termes les plus simples, se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 la rugosit\u00e9 moyenne d&rsquo;une surface, tandis que Rz est la diff\u00e9rence entre le \u00ab&nbsp;pic&nbsp;\u00bb le plus haut et la \u00ab&nbsp;vall\u00e9e&nbsp;\u00bb la plus basse sur la surface. Les valeurs de R sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mesur\u00e9es en \u00b5m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En termes simples, Ra peut \u00eatre d\u00e9fini comme l&rsquo;\u00e9cart par rapport au plan de surface id\u00e9al g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mesur\u00e9 en micropouces ou microm\u00e8tres (\u00b5m). Plus la valeur de Ra est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus la surface est rugueuse. Cet instrument mesure la rugosit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une surface. On peut trouver des r\u00e9sultats diff\u00e9rents avec des pi\u00e8ces imprim\u00e9es avec un mat\u00e9riau diff\u00e9rent ou par un fournisseur diff\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"rugosite-de-surface-pour-procedes-de-fusion-sur-lit-de-poudre-pbf\"><strong>Rugosit\u00e9 de surface pour proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fusion sur lit de poudre (PBF)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s PBF comprennent des technologies telles que la multi jet fusion (MJF), le frittage s\u00e9lectif par laser (SLS) et le frittage laser direct de m\u00e9tal (DMLS, abr\u00e9viation de Direct Metal Laser Sintering en anglais), o\u00f9 les mat\u00e9riaux d&rsquo;impression sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des polym\u00e8res et des poudres m\u00e9talliques. Des trous et des pores peuvent appara\u00eetre \u00e0 la surface, en fonction de la taille du grain de poudre. Cependant, le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 MJF produit une surface moins poreuse par rapport au SLS et a une texture comparativement plus lisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les technologies PBF, le moyen bon march\u00e9 et id\u00e9al de lisser la surface est d&rsquo;utiliser du papier de verre. Les autres processus comprennent le meulage, le pon\u00e7age ou le microbillage et la tribofinition. Le meulage et le sablage auront peu d&rsquo;impact sur les tol\u00e9rances et les dimensions. Cependant, la microfinition est un processus efficace, mais beaucoup plus lent que d&rsquo;autres m\u00e9thodes de finition de surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 SLS, une surface presque parfaite sans pores ne peut \u00eatre obtenue qu&rsquo;avec des infusions sous vide ou un processus en plusieurs \u00e9tapes de remplissage de surface et de meulage multiple.<\/p>\n\n\n appartient \u00e0 cette cat\u00e9gorie. Il fonctionne en poussant un filament thermoplastique \u00e0 travers une buse chauff\u00e9e. Le thermoplastique liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9 durcit une couche mince apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;autre conform\u00e9ment aux donn\u00e9es CAO d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e sur la plateforme d&rsquo;impression, r\u00e9alisant ainsi la pi\u00e8ce compl\u00e8te. Des structures de support sont n\u00e9cessaires dans cette technologie pour supporter les porte-\u00e0-faux ou les structures minces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 permet d&rsquo;obtenir des pi\u00e8ces avec une rugosit\u00e9 de surface beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que les autres technologies d&rsquo;impression 3D. Les couches sup\u00e9rieures (dans la direction Z) sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ondul\u00e9es et les couches inf\u00e9rieures sont lisses, \u00e0 condition qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y ait pas de structures de support dans cette r\u00e9gion. Les surfaces sont exemptes de pores contrairement \u00e0 celles du PBF, pas comme le verre comme dans le SLA.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les endroits o\u00f9 il y a le mat\u00e9riau de support, les surfaces rugueuses sont alt\u00e9r\u00e9es et doivent \u00eatre corrig\u00e9es dans la phase de finition. L&rsquo;ABS peut \u00eatre meul\u00e9, soumis \u00e0 une tribofinition ou sabl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est parce que, m\u00eame si le PLA est plus r\u00e9sistant et plus rigide que l&rsquo;ABS, sa faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur, sa faible ductilit\u00e9 et ses faibles propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la flexion le rendent difficile \u00e0 retravailler.
