(MJF) est l&rsquo;une des technologies d&rsquo;impression 3D les plus rentables proposant des tol\u00e9rances fines. Elle fonctionne en appliquant un agent de fusion sur un mat\u00e9riau en poudre, puis une source de chaleur qui cuit syst\u00e9matiquement chaque couche. Les chambres de fabrication chauff\u00e9es augmentent la temp\u00e9rature globale de la poudre, minimisant le gauchissement et le retrait tout en permettant des changements de temp\u00e9rature progressifs qui am\u00e9liorent l&rsquo;exactitude dimensionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, l&rsquo;accumulation de chaleur\u2014en particulier en provenance des lampes infrarouges utilis\u00e9es pendant l&rsquo;impression\u2014peut encore entra\u00eener des contraintes thermiques. Les g\u00e9om\u00e9tries plus \u00e9paisses, les surfaces larges et les \u00e9paisseurs de paroi irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res sont plus sujettes au gauchissement ou \u00e0 la torsion en raison du retrait.
