Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la conception, les tests et la fabrication de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques haute performance, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe participe \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition Formula Student organis\u00e9e par l&rsquo;IMechE au Royaume-Uni et en Europe. Depuis 2003, nous avons remport\u00e9 11 victoires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de la comp\u00e9tition, int\u00e9grer OBR est une exp\u00e9rience formatrice exceptionnelle. Les membres acqui\u00e8rent des comp\u00e9tences concr\u00e8tes en conception de circuits \u00e9lectriques, en simulation a\u00e9rodynamique et en fabrication. L&rsquo;environnement dynamique de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe refl\u00e8te fid\u00e8lement l&rsquo;exigence du sport automobile professionnel, offrant aux \u00e9tudiants un tremplin id\u00e9al vers l&rsquo;industrie. Pour 2025, notre objectif \u00e9tait clair : les rendre plus l\u00e9gers et plus efficaces, sans compromettre la fiabilit\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s d&rsquo;innombrables heures de brainstorming et de tests, nous avons con\u00e7u un nouveau disque de frein permettant de r\u00e9duire le poids de pr\u00e8s de 20 % tout en maintenant des performances optimales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce fut un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi. Pendant plusieurs semaines, nous avons multipli\u00e9 les simulations, optimisant le rapport volume\/surface et testant diff\u00e9rents types de d\u00e9coupes (rainur\u00e9es, perfor\u00e9es, etc.). Chaque it\u00e9ration nous a rapproch\u00e9s du juste \u00e9quilibre entre r\u00e9duction de masse et dissipation thermique. Finalement, nous avons abouti \u00e0 une conception qui all\u00e8ge le syst\u00e8me tout en am\u00e9liorant le refroidissement, le tout en respectant nos standards de conception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 SolidWorks, nous avons rapidement prototyp\u00e9 et am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la conception \u00e0 chaque test. D\u00e9sormais, place \u00e0 la fabrication, o\u00f9 les v\u00e9ritables essais commencent. Les retours de nos pilotes seront cruciaux pour \u00e9valuer la sensibilit\u00e9 du freinage. Lors des tests officiels de Formula Student, nous verrons comment notre nouveau syst\u00e8me r\u00e9agit en conditions r\u00e9elles. En raison de leur forme quasi bidimensionnelle, la d\u00e9coupe jet d&rsquo;eau s&rsquo;est impos\u00e9e comme la meilleure solution, permettant des d\u00e9coupes pr\u00e9cises et complexes, difficiles \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser sans usinage CNC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce aux services de d\u00e9coupe jet d&rsquo;eau de Xometry, nous avons pu respecter nos d\u00e9lais tout en maintenant des standards de qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans la fabrication de nos composants.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prochaines-etapes-fabrication-assemblage-et-competition\"><strong>Prochaines \u00e9tapes : fabrication, assemblage et comp\u00e9tition<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Alors que nous approchons des derni\u00e8res phases du projet, l&rsquo;accent est mis sur la fabrication et l&rsquo;assemblage du v\u00e9hicule. C&rsquo;est une \u00e9tape passionnante o\u00f9 le travail de toute l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe prend forme. Une fois la voiture assembl\u00e9e, nous proc\u00e9derons \u00e0 des tests rigoureux pour valider chaque conception et optimiser les performances avant la comp\u00e9tition.
