Pour respecter la contrainte de diam\u00e8tre maximal (220\u202fmm) et de charge verticale (120\u202fN), chaque concept a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9 via mod\u00e9lisation CAO et analyse par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis (FEA), en fonction du facteur de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, du poids, de la fabricabilit\u00e9 et de la r\u00e9ponse structurale sous charge.<\/p>\n\n\n<div a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenu pour son excellente manufacturabilit\u00e9 et son comportement pr\u00e9visible. Le TPU\u202f1301 n\u2019\u00e9tant pas encore r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9, nous avons choisi \u201cTPU\u201d dans le menu et pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le mat\u00e9riau exact dans les commentaires. Gr\u00e2ce au sponsoring \u00e0 80\u202f% de Xometry, nous avons produit les six roues sans d\u00e9passer notre budget \u00e9tudiant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Livr\u00e9es en f\u00e9vrier, les roues pr\u00e9sentaient une qualit\u00e9 exceptionnelle : une pr\u00e9cision dimensionnelle conforme, une souplesse parfaite et aucune d\u00e9formation notable. Apr\u00e8s tests de flexion, nous les avons mont\u00e9es sur le ch\u00e2ssis : l\u2019encastrement sur l\u2019axe moteur \u00e9tait impeccable, et la structure en nid d\u2019abeille a fourni d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien plus qu\u2019un simple exercice acad\u00e9mique : un v\u00e9ritable apprentissage sur le terrain. Voici les principaux enseignements :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La sym\u00e9trie structurale est essentielle<\/strong> : une r\u00e9partition in\u00e9gale des masses entra\u00eene des comportements impr\u00e9visibles. La sym\u00e9trie radiale assure meilleure fiabilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de bande de roulement est cruciale<\/strong> : \u00e9quilibre d\u00e9licat entre adh\u00e9rence, usure et facilit\u00e9 de fabrication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La duret\u00e9 Shore est d\u00e9terminante<\/strong> : garantir la souplesse sans effondrement structurel, un param\u00e8tre d\u00e9cisif.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le design pour la fabrication est indispensable<\/strong> : collaborer d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part avec un fournisseur comme Xometry permet d\u2019aligner le design sur les contraintes r\u00e9elles, pas seulement sur une mod\u00e9lisation \u00e9cran.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces roues seront prochainement soumises \u00e0 de nouveaux tests terrain en vue de l\u2019ERC.
