Il h\u00e9berge deux sources lumineuses d\u2019exception :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Elettra<\/strong>, un synchrotron de troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration alimentant plus de 30 lignes de lumi\u00e8re.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FERMI<\/strong>, un laser \u00e0 \u00e9lectrons libres de classe mondiale, produisant des impulsions UV \u00e0 rayons X mous, ultracourtes et parfaitement coh\u00e9rentes, de quelques dizaines de femtosecondes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces outils permettent aux scientifiques et ing\u00e9nieurs d\u2019explorer la mati\u00e8re et les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle atomique \u2014 ouvrant la voie \u00e0 des avanc\u00e9es dans la micro\u00e9lectronique, le stockage d\u2019\u00e9nergie, l\u2019a\u00e9ronautique et bien d\u2019autres domaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombre de nos lignes de lumi\u00e8re, comme <strong>Spectromicroscopy<\/strong>, jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la recherche appliqu\u00e9e pour l\u2019industrie. Les techniques de spectroscopie X et d\u2019imagerie \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nanom\u00e9trique servent, par exemple, \u00e0 analyser des surfaces, films minces et nanostructures \u2014 des \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s pour optimiser les mat\u00e9riaux destin\u00e9s aux semi-conducteurs, dispositifs de stockage d\u2019\u00e9nergie ou syst\u00e8mes catalytiques.<br>Ce lien direct entre science exp\u00e9rimentale et applications industrielles acc\u00e9l\u00e8re l\u2019innovation, autant dans la fabrication que dans le d\u00e9veloppement de technologies avanc\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre histoire est jalonn\u00e9e de d\u00e9fis d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie ambitieux. Le c\u0153ur de cette transformation repose sur un nouveau r\u00e9seau d\u2019aimants \u00e0 12 arcs (S6BA-E) qui r\u00e9duit l\u2019\u00e9mittance horizontale d\u2019un facteur 50 \u2014 garantissant des faisceaux ultra-focalis\u00e9s et stables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9sultat : une augmentation de <strong>100\u00d7 de la brillance \u00e0 10 keV et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 60\u00d7 d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la coh\u00e9rence \u00e0 1 keV<\/strong>. Tout cela en r\u00e9utilisant l\u2019infrastructure d\u2019origine \u2014 un exploit \u00e0 la fois scientifique et technique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atteindre cet objectif implique de concevoir et fabriquer des syst\u00e8mes m\u00e9caniques d\u2019une pr\u00e9cision extr\u00eame : chambres \u00e0 vide, supports de lignes de lumi\u00e8re, \u00e9l\u00e9ments de pilotage du faisceau \u2014 chacun con\u00e7u avec une minutie absolue.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dans-la-ligne-de-faisceau-le-systeme-au-coeur-d-elettra-2-0\"><strong><strong>Dans la ligne de faisceau : le syst\u00e8me au c\u0153ur d\u2019Elettra 2.0<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Concevoir les syst\u00e8mes pour <strong>Elettra 2.0<\/strong>, c\u2019est travailler \u00e0 la crois\u00e9e de la stabilit\u00e9 extr\u00eame, de l\u2019ultra-haut vide et de la qualit\u00e9 du faisceau de photons. Ce syst\u00e8me comprend :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Platines de translation<\/strong> capables de se d\u00e9placer avec une pr\u00e9cision au nanom\u00e8tre \u2013 indispensable pour les exp\u00e9riences exigeant une exactitude extr\u00eame<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Composants compatibles UHV<\/strong> (ultra-haut vide) fabriqu\u00e9s en c\u00e9ramique et cuivre OFHC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pieds \u00e0 isolation vibratoire<\/strong> assurant un positionnement ultra-stable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment devait respecter des tol\u00e9rances strictes, supporter des contraintes thermiques et m\u00e9caniques, et s\u2019int\u00e9grer aux flux de conception bas\u00e9s sur la CAO. Tous les composants, y compris les pi\u00e8ces en c\u00e9ramique et en cuivre haute puret\u00e9, ont pass\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s les tests de propret\u00e9 sous vide, garantissant un environnement exempt de toute contamination. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les pieds anti-vibrations ont maintenu la stabilit\u00e9 avec la pr\u00e9cision d\u2019un microscope. Ensemble, ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont satisfait aux exigences op\u00e9rationnelles strictes de la ligne de faisceau, confirmant leur r\u00f4le dans l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me plus large d\u2019Elettra 2.0.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-rampe-de-lancement-pour-l-innovation\"><strong>Une rampe de lancement pour l\u2019innovation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Avec le syst\u00e8me XYZ d\u00e9sormais op\u00e9rationnel, Elettra poursuit le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux composants haute fr\u00e9quence pour son anneau de stockage modernis\u00e9 \u2013 repoussant encore les limites de la science de la lumi\u00e8re.
