Avec <em>Project H2<\/em>, nous nous sommes fix\u00e9 un objectif ambitieux : effectuer un vol sans aucune \u00e9mission au-dessus du <a href=\"#gotthard-pass\">col du Gothard<\/a>, uniquement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n    <aside data-id=\"gotthard-pass\" class=\"aside-popup\">\r\n        <div class=\"popup-content\">\r\n            <div class=\"popup-close-btn\">\r\n                <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/xometry.pro\/wp-content\/themes\/xometry\/assets\/images\/cross.svg\" alt=\"close-popup\">\r\n            <\/div>\r\n            <div>\r\n                <div class=\"popup-text\">Le col du Gothard, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 2 106 m\u00e8tres d\u2019altitude, est un axe alpin majeur traversant le massif du Saint-Gothard et reliant le nord et le sud de la Suisse.<\/div>            <\/div>\r\n                    <\/div>\r\n    <\/aside>\r\n\n\n\n<p>Au c\u0153ur de cette mission se trouve le <a href=\"https:\/\/cellsius.aero\/h2-sling\">H2-Sling<\/a>&nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp; un avion ultra-l\u00e9ger enti\u00e8rement modifi\u00e9 que nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et construit nous-m\u00eames, de A \u00e0 Z. Ce projet incarne non seulement l\u2019innovation technique, mais aussi l\u2019engagement de notre g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e0 faire converger durabilit\u00e9 environnementale et ing\u00e9nierie appliqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-passion-commune-pour-une-ingenierie-durable\"><strong><strong>Une passion commune pour une ing\u00e9nierie durable<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, notre mission \u00e9tait claire : prouver qu\u2019un vol sans \u00e9mission est possible avec les technologies actuelles. Pas de science-fiction, juste une int\u00e9gration intelligente, un bon design et des tests rigoureux. Nous avons choisi la plateforme <a href=\"https:\/\/slingaircraft.com\/aircraft\/sling-hw\/\">Sling High Wing <\/a>pour son \u00e9quilibre entre charge utile, simplicit\u00e9 et modularit\u00e9&nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp; puis nous l\u2019avons repens\u00e9e autour d\u2019une motorisation enti\u00e8rement nouvelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons con\u00e7u et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 tous les syst\u00e8mes en interne : de l\u2019agencement de la pile \u00e0 combustible \u00e0 la gestion \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, en passant par le syst\u00e8me de refroidissement, les adaptations m\u00e9caniques et les renforts structurels. Le r\u00e9sultat ? Pour nous, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne est une solution \u00e9vidente. Au c\u0153ur de notre syst\u00e8me : <a href=\"#PEM-fuel-cell\">une pile \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne PEM<\/a>, qui produit de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne et d\u2019air ambiant&nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp; silencieuse, propre et efficace. Elle alimente un moteur \u00e9lectrique l\u00e9ger, compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par une batterie tampon pour les pics de puissance et une unit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le personnalis\u00e9e pour la gestion de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, le diagnostic et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<br><\/p>\n\n\n    <aside data-id=\"PEM-fuel-cell\" class=\"aside-popup\">\r\n        <div class=\"popup-content\">\r\n            <div class=\"popup-close-btn\">\r\n                <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/xometry.pro\/wp-content\/themes\/xometry\/assets\/images\/cross.svg\" alt=\"close-popup\">\r\n            <\/div>\r\n            <div>\r\n                <div class=\"popup-text\">Les piles \u00e0 combustible \u00e0 membrane \u00e9changeuse de protons (PEM) g\u00e9n\u00e8rent de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 en combinant hydrog\u00e8ne et oxyg\u00e8ne, ne produisant que de l\u2019eau et de la chaleur comme sous-produits. Nous avons pr\u00eat\u00e9 une attention particuli\u00e8re au poids et au comportement thermique, optant pour un refroidissement par air et une surveillance thermique continue. Le d\u00e9fi majeur ? Atteindre cette performance tout en respectant les normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 a\u00e9ronautique.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-precision-cle-de-voute-du-projet\"><strong><strong>La pr\u00e9cision, cl\u00e9 de vo\u00fbte du projet<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>L\u2019un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels les plus critiques du syst\u00e8me est <strong>la platine sup\u00e9rieure<\/strong>&nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp; une pi\u00e8ce en aluminium usin\u00e9e sur mesure, reliant la pile \u00e0 combustible aux composants auxiliaires. Elle supporte les charges m\u00e9caniques, garantit l\u2019alignement structurel et constitue le socle de notre syst\u00e8me \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n    <section r\u00e9sistance\/poids optimal, associant tol\u00e9rances serr\u00e9es et g\u00e9om\u00e9trie complexe. Notre priorit\u00e9 : la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9, la facilit\u00e9 d\u2019assemblage et la maintenance \u00e0 long terme. Chaque pi\u00e8ce a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9e pour la fabrication&nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp; en limitant les op\u00e9rations superflues et en \u00e9vitant la complexit\u00e9 inutile. Pour les \u00e9l\u00e9ments exigeant une haute pr\u00e9cision comme la platine, l\u2019externalisation \u00e9tait non seulement utile, mais essentielle \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n Hydrog\u00e8ne liquide et fabrication additive<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s ce premier vol r\u00e9ussi, notre prochain objectif est de traverser les Alpes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne. En parall\u00e8le, nous pr\u00e9parons le passage de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne comprim\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne liquide&nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp; une \u00e9volution qui am\u00e9liorerait consid\u00e9rablement le rapport \u00e9nergie\/poids. Cela implique de nouveaux syst\u00e8mes de stockage, d\u2019isolation et de gestion du carburant adapt\u00e9s aux conditions cryog\u00e9niques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fabrication additive jouera \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9. Combin\u00e9e \u00e0 la conception g\u00e9n\u00e9rative assist\u00e9e par IA, l\u2019impression 3D permet de cr\u00e9er des pi\u00e8ces plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res, efficaces et complexes&nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp; surtout quand l\u2019espace est r\u00e9duit et que chaque gramme compte. Nous ciblons notamment les supports et fixations, o\u00f9 chaque optimisation g\u00e9om\u00e9trique offre un gain r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fabrication num\u00e9rique nous permet d\u2019it\u00e9rer rapidement et de concevoir avec plus de flexibilit\u00e9 que les m\u00e9thodes classiques.
