Ce projet a fait la une de l\u2019actualit\u00e9 internationale en 2023 apr\u00e8s avoir remport\u00e9 la <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.pro\/fr\/temoignages\/tum-tunnelier\/\">Not-a-Boring Competition d\u2019Elon Musk au Texas.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre ambition est de d\u00e9montrer que les ing\u00e9nieurs europ\u00e9ens peuvent faire progresser les technologies spatiales avec autant de rapidit\u00e9 et d\u2019audace que leurs homologues am\u00e9ricains. Notre mission est de construire une fus\u00e9e suborbitale propuls\u00e9e par un moteur methalox, capable d\u2019atteindre 100 kilom\u00e8tres \u2014 la ligne de K\u00e1rm\u00e1n, fronti\u00e8re internationalement reconnue entre l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re terrestre et l\u2019espace extra-atmosph\u00e9rique. Elara Aerospace d\u00e9veloppe actuellement une plateforme permettant \u00e0 des \u00e9tudiants du monde entier de mener leurs propres exp\u00e9riences lors de vols suborbitaux. Ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient ainsi d\u2019un acc\u00e8s direct \u00e0 du mat\u00e9riel spatial r\u00e9el et de la possibilit\u00e9 de transformer la th\u00e9orie en exp\u00e9rience concr\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-au-coeur-de-notre-systeme-de-propulsion\"><strong><strong>Au c\u0153ur de notre syst\u00e8me de propulsion<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Au centre du projet se trouve une turbopompe entra\u00een\u00e9e \u00e9lectriquement \u2014 l\u2019un des syst\u00e8mes les plus complexes de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie des lanceurs modernes. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Xometry, nous avons fabriqu\u00e9 une chambre d\u2019essai en laiton pour nos tests d\u2019injecteurs, usin\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment aux sp\u00e9cifications requises pour les phases mat\u00e9riau cl\u00e9 pour garantir une utilisation s\u00fbre avec des fluides cryog\u00e9niques, une exigence fondamentale pour nos futurs travaux sur le moteur. Nos comp\u00e9tences couvrent l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie, la robotique, le d\u00e9veloppement logiciel et la gestion \u2014 unies par une m\u00eame volont\u00e9 d\u2019explorer de nouvelles fronti\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019appliquer nos connaissances th\u00e9oriques dans un domaine \u00e0 fort potentiel. En tant qu\u2019\u00e9tudiants, nous contribuons de mani\u00e8re concr\u00e8te \u00e0 toutes les dimensions du projet \u2014 de la soudure et de la conception m\u00e9canique aux pr\u00e9sentations lors d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements tels que l\u2019Autodesk University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concilier \u00e9tudes et science des fus\u00e9es n\u2019est pas chose facile.
