Un projet auquel je r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissais depuis longtemps \u00e9tait de concevoir un sac \u00e0 dos propulseur \u2014 quelque chose tout droit sorti du monde de la science-fiction, mais avec des \u00e9l\u00e9ments pratiques qui pourraient avoir des applications dans le monde r\u00e9el. Ce qui a commenc\u00e9 comme une id\u00e9e amusante a \u00e9galement provoqu\u00e9 chez moi des r\u00e9flexions sur l&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9ployables d&rsquo;un sac \u00e0 dos, en particulier pour les personnes ayant des difficult\u00e9s physiques.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-composants-cles-derriere-cette-idee-audacieuse\"><strong>Les composants cl\u00e9s derri\u00e8re cette id\u00e9e audacieuse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;id\u00e9e de fabriquer un sac \u00e0 dos propulseur \u00e9tait sur ma liste de projets depuis des ann\u00e9es. Je savais que \u00e7a constituerait un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi\u00a0: j&rsquo;avais besoin que les pi\u00e8ces s&rsquo;ajustent parfaitement et qu&rsquo;elles soient suffisamment solides pour r\u00e9sister aux forces en pr\u00e9sence. L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er une pi\u00e8ce fonctionnelle qui soit non seulement esth\u00e9tique mais aussi pratique et durable. Le concept consistait \u00e0 utiliser deux ventilateurs \u00e0 conduits \u00e9lectriques, qui sont essentiellement de petits moteurs \u00e0 r\u00e9action \u00e9lectriques, mont\u00e9s sur des bras d\u00e9ployables qui peuvent s&rsquo;\u00e9tendre depuis le sac \u00e0 dos pour fournir une propulsion suppl\u00e9mentaire, comme lorsqu&rsquo;on p\u00e9dale en v\u00e9lo dans le sens contraire de celui du vent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces bras d\u00e9ployables sont con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre discrets, se repliant dans le sac \u00e0 dos lorsqu&rsquo;ils ne sont pas utilis\u00e9s, et sont aliment\u00e9s par des servos qui contr\u00f4lent leur mouvement. L&rsquo;ensemble du syst\u00e8me est g\u00e9r\u00e9 par un Arduino, qui, en appuyant sur un bouton, permet aux ventilateurs \u00e0 conduits \u00e9lectriques de s&rsquo;\u00e9tendre, de pivoter et de fournir une pouss\u00e9e suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Travailler avec Xometry m&rsquo;a ouvert de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s &#8211; j&rsquo;ai pu imprimer en 3D les bras d\u00e9ployables en aluminium, en utilisant un logiciel de conception g\u00e9n\u00e9rative pour cr\u00e9er des composants solides mais l\u00e9gers. Cette approche m&rsquo;a permis de penser au-del\u00e0 des prototypes en plastique et d&rsquo;envisager des mat\u00e9riaux plus robustes pour des applications r\u00e9elles. L&rsquo;utilisation de pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques imprim\u00e9es en 3D a garanti que le design des bras les rendaient non seulement solides mais aussi efficaces, s&rsquo;int\u00e9grant parfaitement id\u00e9es sur les applications pratiques des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9ployables, en particulier pour les personnes qui pourraient b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une assistance suppl\u00e9mentaire dans leurs t\u00e2ches quotidiennes. Ce qui avait commenc\u00e9 comme un concept amusant de science-fiction s&rsquo;est transform\u00e9 en un projet avec un v\u00e9ritable impact potentiel dans le monde r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-concevoir-avec-l-espace-de-travail-de-conception-generative-d-autodesk-fusion\"><strong>Concevoir avec l&rsquo;espace de travail de conception g\u00e9n\u00e9rative d&rsquo;Autodesk Fusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Pour la phase de design, je me suis tourn\u00e9 vers l&rsquo;espace de travail de conception g\u00e9n\u00e9rative d&rsquo;Autodesk Fusion, un outil qui s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 inestimable pour stimuler ma cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. La conception g\u00e9n\u00e9rative ne consiste pas seulement \u00e0 dessiner des formes, mais aussi \u00e0 explorer des possibilit\u00e9s de design auxquelles je n&rsquo;aurais pas pens\u00e9 tout seul. J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 par les bases &#8211; en d\u00e9finissant les pi\u00e8ces qui devaient \u00eatre imprim\u00e9es, leurs contraintes de taille et les sp\u00e9cifications de r\u00e9sistance n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 partir de ces param\u00e8tres, le logiciel a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 une gamme d&rsquo;options de design &#8211; certaines si uniques qu&rsquo;elles semblaient sortir tout droit de la nature ou de la science-fiction. Les designs \u00e9taient complexes, mais \u00e9l\u00e9gants, alliant parfaitement forme et fonction. En travaillant \u00e9troitement avec Xometry, nous avons effectu\u00e9 les ajustements n\u00e9cessaires pour garantir que les pi\u00e8ces puissent \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9es efficacement sans compromettre sur la qualit\u00e9 ou les performances. Leur expertise durant cette phase a \u00e9t\u00e9 cruciale\u00a0; elle nous a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 affiner les designs, en garantissant que chaque composant soit non seulement agr\u00e9able sur le plan
