Cette formation comprenait le design et l&rsquo;usinage de pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9caniques, ainsi que le design et la fabrication d&rsquo;outillage pour l&rsquo;injection plastique, la d\u00e9coupe et le poin\u00e7onnage. Par la suite, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de retourner dans ma ville natale dans le Limousin pour appliquer mes connaissances de mani\u00e8re concr\u00e8te. C&rsquo;est comme \u00e7a que RC proto a vu le jour en janvier 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez RC proto, je me sp\u00e9cialise dans l&rsquo;usinage de petites pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9caniques prototypes en aluminium et en plastiques techniques (PET, POM, PEEK standard et HPV PEEK), tout en poursuivant mon travail de m\u00e9thodiste dans l&rsquo;industrie a\u00e9rospatiale. Ce projet est un r\u00eave devenu r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qui me permet de combiner ma passion pour l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie de pr\u00e9cision avec le plaisir de concevoir des machines de pointe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la cin\u00e9matique et la m\u00e9canique des machines-outils m&rsquo;a naturellement conduit \u00e0 vouloir cr\u00e9er une machine de pr\u00e9cision. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e de d\u00e9velopper une micro-fraiseuse \u00e0 5 axes m&rsquo;est venue \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit lorsque j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que ma machine actuelle ne pouvait pas atteindre le niveau de pr\u00e9cision requis pour certains projets, en particulier ceux n\u00e9cessitant des tol\u00e9rances de quelques microns. En plus de l&rsquo;usinage de prototypes, j&rsquo;ai m\u00eame envisag\u00e9 de l&rsquo;utiliser comme outil d&rsquo;apprentissage pour me former \u00e0 l&rsquo;horlogerie, une autre passion que je souhaite explorer.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-concevoir-une-machine-de-petite-taille-sans-compromettre-ses-performances\"><strong>Concevoir une machine de petite taille sans compromettre ses performances<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une micro-fraiseuse a \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9e de son lot de d\u00e9fis, mais j&rsquo;ai consid\u00e9r\u00e9 chacun d&rsquo;eux comme une opportunit\u00e9 d&rsquo;innover. Mon objectif \u00e9tait clair\u00a0: concevoir une machine non seulement compacte et l\u00e9g\u00e8re (moins de 20 kilos), mais \u00e9galement capable d&rsquo;atteindre une pr\u00e9cision totale. Apr\u00e8s avoir test\u00e9 divers mat\u00e9riaux, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;aluminium 5083 qui s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00eatre la solution optimale. Il est l\u00e9ger, durable et r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la corrosion, ce qui en fait le mat\u00e9riau id\u00e9al pour le bo\u00eetier et d&rsquo;autres composants essentiels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais je cherchais quelque chose de plus que de bonnes performances. Je voulais que la machine soit aussi esth\u00e9tique, alors j&rsquo;ai choisi une finition anodis\u00e9e dans des nuances \u00e9l\u00e9gantes de rouge, de noir et de gris. Le r\u00e9sultat&nbsp;? L&rsquo;espace \u00e9tant limit\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai d\u00fb faire preuve de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. La solution&nbsp;? J&rsquo;ai creus\u00e9 le chariot Y pour loger les moteurs, un design astucieux inspir\u00e9 des anciennes fraiseuses manuelles, o\u00f9 de nombreux \u00e9l\u00e9ments m\u00e9caniques \u00e9taient int\u00e9gr\u00e9s directement dans le chariot. Cette approche m&rsquo;a permis d&rsquo;obtenir la compacit\u00e9 dont j&rsquo;avais besoin. J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement opt\u00e9 pour un syst\u00e8me de transmission par courroie pour \u00e9viter que les moteurs ne d\u00e9passent et n&rsquo;ajoutent un poids inutile. J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 une sonde automatique qui calibre automatiquement chaque nouvel outil. Cette innovation r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les erreurs, en particulier lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;outils d\u00e9licats et de petit diam\u00e8tre qui n\u00e9cessitent des l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique, la pneumatique et certains param\u00e8tres de la machine avant de commencer les tests. Chaque \u00e9tape me rapproche de ma vision d&rsquo;une machine compacte et performante qui allie pr\u00e9cision et esth\u00e9tique. Ce projet m&rsquo;a \u00e9galement ouvert des portes vers d&rsquo;autres domaines qui m&rsquo;int\u00e9ressent, comme l&rsquo;horlogerie, et j&rsquo;ai h\u00e2te de voir o\u00f9 cela me m\u00e8nera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais mon parcours avec RC proto ne s&rsquo;arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0. En 2025, j&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;intention de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager dans une nouvelle r\u00e9gion, motiv\u00e9 par l&rsquo;envie de continuer \u00e0 innover dans le secteur de la pr\u00e9cision m\u00e9canique.
