Je suis Filip Ljevar, \u00e9tudiant en Master \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Maribor (Slov\u00e9nie) en ing\u00e9nierie et gestion. Mon parcours est orient\u00e9 vers la mod\u00e9lisation de surfaces en CAO et les technologies de fabrication. Par ailleurs, je travaille comme ing\u00e9nieur de conception dans une entreprise de R&amp;D sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le formage des m\u00e9taux en feuille. J\u2019aime repousser les limites du design et partager mes apprentissages au fil de mon parcours.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quand-un-defi-d-atelier-inspire-l-innovation\"><strong>Quand un d\u00e9fi d&rsquo;atelier inspire l&rsquo;innovation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 mes d\u00e9buts en tant qu\u2019ing\u00e9nieur, j\u2019adorais r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes pratiques. En travaillant dans un petit atelier, je faisais face au m\u00eame souci : impossible de trouver un \u00e9tau de machine qui r\u00e9ponde \u00e0 toutes nos exigences. Un \u00e9tau est indispensable pour maintenir la pi\u00e8ce en place lors de l&rsquo;usinage CNC, surtout pour le fraisage 5 axes o\u00f9 le mat\u00e9riau doit \u00eatre accessible sur au moins cinq c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Nous avions besoin d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le simple, l\u00e9ger, rigide et assez fin pour offrir un acc\u00e8s total \u00e0 l\u2019outil, m\u00eame pour des angles complexes. Pourtant, tous les \u00e9taux que je trouvais \u00e9taient trop encombrants, trop chers, ou verrouill\u00e9s par des accessoires propri\u00e9taires, ce qui limitait nos options de pi\u00e8ces de rechange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette frustration est devenue ma motivation. Je me suis lanc\u00e9 dans la conception d\u2019un \u00e9tau capable de tout g\u00e9rer \u2013 polyvalent, accessible et facile \u00e0 entretenir. Apr\u00e8s de nombreuses phases de d\u00e9veloppement et de tests, j\u2019ai d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un <a href=\"https:\/\/patents.google.com\/patent\/SI26467A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">brevet national en Slov\u00e9nie (SI 26467 A)<\/a> pour concr\u00e9tiser cette solution, entamant ainsi une relecture de ce qu&rsquo;un \u00e9tau de machine peut \u00eatre. Je suis reconnaissant envers le Professeur Dr Jo\u017eef Predan et le Professeur Dr Marko Kegl pour leur mentorat pr\u00e9cieux tout au long de ce projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un moment marquant a \u00e9t\u00e9 de pr\u00e9senter mon projet au 15e Forum Industriel IRT 2024, o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9croch\u00e9 la 2\u00e8me place au concours d&rsquo;innovation \u00e9tudiante de la Facult\u00e9 de g\u00e9nie m\u00e9canique de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Ljubljana. Trop d&rsquo;\u00e9taux existants imposent des pi\u00e8ces de rechange exclusives, ce qui complique les r\u00e9parations sans devoir passer par le fournisseur initial, souvent \u00e0 un co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9. J\u2019ai voulu renverser cette tendance et concevoir un \u00e9tau offrant \u00e0 la fois performance et libert\u00e9. Mon \u00e9tau, optimis\u00e9 pour le fraisage CNC 5 axes, int\u00e8gre une approche modulaire open-access, permettant aux ing\u00e9nieurs d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les pi\u00e8ges courants de Sander d&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/inheritancemachining.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Inheritance Machining<\/a>, qui utilisait des <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/z3KaY65Wqmo?si=J06iEXXMHaHW0Ww0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pinces fendues dans des canaux \u00e0 queue d&rsquo;aronde<\/a> pour des montages d&rsquo;atelier. En y ajoutant ma touche personnelle, j\u2019ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9 un coin parabolique pour augmenter la force de serrage. Ce design utilise l\u2019effet de traction des pinces fendues pour tirer les m\u00e2choires mobiles vers le corps, offrant la force n\u00e9cessaire sans sacrifier l\u2019acc\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-defis-et-solutions-en-conception-d-etaux-fonctionnalites-cles-et-cae\"><strong>D\u00e9fis et solutions en conception d\u2019\u00e9taux : fonctionnalit\u00e9s cl\u00e9s et CAE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9velopper cet \u00e9tau a \u00e9t\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi. Avec des ressources limit\u00e9es, j\u2019ai surtout utilis\u00e9 des simulations en ing\u00e9nierie assist\u00e9e par ordinateur (IAO) dans SOLIDWORKS, plut\u00f4t que des prototypes physiques. Trouver des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences de performance pour les \u00e9taux de machine n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas facile, donc j\u2019ai d\u00fb compter sur un m\u00e9lange d\u2019intuition et d\u2019essais-erreurs. Ses m\u00e2choires de 150 mm de large offrent une ouverture de 80 \u00e0 280 mm, avec une hauteur de 180 mm par rapport \u00e0 la table. La combinaison du coin parabolique et de la pince fendue assure une prise solide et un acc\u00e8s total, essentiel pour les travaux de pr\u00e9cision. Les simulations sont utiles, mais rien ne vaut un prototype physique pour voir ce qui fonctionne ou non.
