Notre objectif : innover dans les applications spatiales et \u00e9largir le potentiel de la recherche spatiale open source. Nous utilisons des outils open source pour l\u2019ensemble de nos projets et partageons nos d\u00e9couvertes avec la communaut\u00e9. Tout notre travail \u2013 code, mod\u00e8les, conceptions et documents \u2013 est disponible sous licence libre sur la page <a href=\"http:\/\/gitlab.com\/acubesat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GitLab d\u2019AcubeSAT<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.pro\/fr\/temoignages\/spacedot-acubesat-nanosatellite\/\">notre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent t\u00e9moignage<\/a>, nous avons expliqu\u00e9 comment nous avons con\u00e7u et construit AcubeSAT : un nanosatellite 3U (30x10x10 cm) embarquant une charge biologique compos\u00e9e de cellules de levure, afin d\u2019explorer les limites de la biologie spatiale open source. Nous avons d\u00e9taill\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un syst\u00e8me capable d\u2019\u00e9tudier plus de 100 prot\u00e9ines dans les conditions extr\u00eames de l\u2019espace. Cela exigeait un composant capable de diviser et de contr\u00f4ler avec pr\u00e9cision le flux de nutriments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avions initialement envisag\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me complexe de tubulures, mais ses nombreux points de d\u00e9faillance le rendaient inadapt\u00e9 aux exigences de fiabilit\u00e9 des missions spatiales. Nous avons donc opt\u00e9 pour un collecteur fluidique : un composant compact et l\u00e9ger, dot\u00e9 d\u2019un point d\u2019entr\u00e9e et de sortie, qui r\u00e9gule le flux pour maintenir les cellules nourries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, la fabricabilit\u00e9 et le choix des mat\u00e9riaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi cruciaux que la fonctionnalit\u00e9. Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par l\u2019impression 3D pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences complexes du design. Dans un premier temps, l\u2019impression FDM a permis de conceptualiser la pi\u00e8ce, mais les bulles d\u2019air entre les couches rendaient cette m\u00e9thode inadapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019espace. Nous avons donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de repenser compl\u00e8tement le design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En simplifiant le design, nous avons opt\u00e9 pour l\u2019usinage, permettant une meilleure pr\u00e9cision et des tol\u00e9rances adapt\u00e9es. \u00c0 ce stade, nous avions besoin d\u2019un partenaire capable de produire un prototype de haute pr\u00e9cision. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que nous avons sollicit\u00e9 Xometry.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-valider-le-concept-tests-du-prototype-cnc\"><strong><strong>Valider le concept : tests du prototype CNC<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Lorsque nous avons re\u00e7u notre prototype en aluminium usin\u00e9 CNC, nous avons imm\u00e9diatement constat\u00e9 que notre design prenait vie. Bien que quelques ajustements soient n\u00e9cessaires, nous sommes confiants d\u2019\u00eatre sur la bonne voie. Voir une pi\u00e8ce physique apr\u00e8s des mois de conception num\u00e9rique est une r\u00e9compense que tout ing\u00e9nieur attend avec impatience.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prochaine-etape-tests-en-conditions-reelles\"><strong><strong>Prochaine \u00e9tape : tests en conditions r\u00e9elles<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Avec un projet en pleine progression, nous abordons une phase cruciale. La prochaine \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 tester la charge utile dans des conditions extr\u00eames simulant l\u2019espace. Notre design sera mis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve dans les installations de l\u2019ESA en Belgique, o\u00f9 il subira des simulations de lancement et d\u2019orbite. Ces tests valideront d\u00e9finitivement la robustesse et la pr\u00e9paration de notre design pour l\u2019espace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que les pr\u00e9paratifs de lancement avancent, nous sommes impatients de voir AcubeSAT se rapprocher de sa mission finale.
