Pour ce projet, notre objectif \u00e9tait de concevoir un train d\u2019atterrissage r\u00e9tractable sur mesure pour une comp\u00e9tition nationale d\u2019UAV. Cette conception visait \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la tra\u00een\u00e9e a\u00e9rodynamique et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019appareil. Les trains d\u2019atterrissage r\u00e9tractables sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9s par des avions volant sur de longues distances \u00e0 grande vitesse. Pour relever un d\u00e9fi technique, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019adapter cette solution \u00e0 notre v\u00e9hicule..<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conception-du-train-d-atterrissage-retractable\"><strong>Conception du train d&rsquo;atterrissage r\u00e9tractable<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Le train d\u2019atterrissage est compos\u00e9 d\u2019un m\u00e9canisme int\u00e9grant plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un bras li\u00e9 \u00e0 un servo-moteur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une rainure en T pour le repli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une colonne principale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une colonne secondaire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un bras en forme de L pour fixer la roue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une combinaison vis-m\u00e8re et moteur \u00e0 courant continu pour l\u2019ouverture et la fermeture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et un bo\u00eetier principal facilitant l\u2019assemblage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons utilis\u00e9 un ressort de raideur moyenne pour \u00e9viter les impacts entre les colonnes et prot\u00e9ger le m\u00e9canisme. Les syst\u00e8mes pneumatiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 exclus en raison des probl\u00e8mes potentiels d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et de maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au sommet, le m\u00e9canisme comporte une articulation permettant un mouvement complet du gouvernail et une vis-m\u00e8re pour l\u2019ouverture et la fermeture. De plus, le m\u00e9canisme se replie horizontalement lors de la r\u00e9traction afin d\u2019optimiser l\u2019espace occup\u00e9 par la roue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les principaux d\u00e9fis consistaient \u00e0 analyser pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le m\u00e9canisme de mouvement et \u00e0 fabriquer les composants avec un alliage l\u00e9ger mais durable. Pendant la phase de conception, nous avons utilis\u00e9 le moteur de devis instantan\u00e9 de Xometry pour estimer les co\u00fbts. Une fois les designs finalis\u00e9s, Xometry a accept\u00e9 de sponsoriser la fabrication de certaines pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avions besoin de composants complexes et robustes, n\u00e9cessitant l\u2019usinage CNC, le taraudage et des tol\u00e9rances serr\u00e9es. Xometry nous a aid\u00e9s \u00e0 produire la colonne principale, la colonne secondaire et la pi\u00e8ce de liaison de la roue en alliage Al7075.<\/p>\n\n\n    <section id=\"h-une-reussite-grace-a-la-perseverance-et-a-l-innovation\"><strong>Une r\u00e9ussite gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et \u00e0 l\u2019innovation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e de planification minutieuse, de tests, d\u2019essais en vol, de crashs et d\u2019innombrables ajustements, nous avons particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition Fighter UAV de TEKNOFEST 2024 avec notre appareil \u00e0 voilure fixe, Di\u015fsiz. Nous avons obtenu la troisi\u00e8me place dans la cat\u00e9gorie des mentions honorables et remport\u00e9 le prix du \u00ab Meilleur Design \u00bb !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 une collision en plein vol avec l\u2019UAV d\u2019une autre \u00e9quipe, causant des dommages \u00e0 notre appareil, nous n\u2019avons pas baiss\u00e9 les bras. En seulement 30 heures, sans dormir, nous avons r\u00e9par\u00e9 notre avion sur place et repris la comp\u00e9tition avec l\u2019esprit Fighter UAV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un exploit remarquable en terminant deuxi\u00e8mes lors de la comp\u00e9tition RoboNation SUAS\u201924 aux \u00c9tats-Unis avec notre appareil \u00e0 voilure tournante, \u015eim\u015fek, fruit de plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience. Repr\u00e9senter notre pays et notre universit\u00e9 sur la sc\u00e8ne internationale fut un immense honneur. Notre objectif est de d\u00e9velopper deux nouveaux appareils : un \u00e0 voilure tournante et un \u00e0 voilure fixe.
