Depuis 10 ans, les membres de l&rsquo;association transmettent leur savoir-faire et continuent d\u2019innover sur tous les aspects, que ce soit la fabrication de pi\u00e8ces en fibre de carbone, l\u2019usinage de diff\u00e9rents composants en acier et aluminium ou encore le d\u00e9veloppement des syst\u00e8mes embarqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-deux-projets-ambitieux-un-prototype-d-efficience-et-une-formula-student-necessitant-une-conception-meticuleuse\"><strong>Deux projets ambitieux : un prototype d\u2019Efficience et une formula student n\u00e9cessitant une conception m\u00e9ticuleuse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Xometry : Quels sont vos projets phares ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vinci Eco Drive (VED) : <\/strong>Notre premier projet historique, <strong>le Prototype d\u2019Efficience<\/strong>, vise \u00e0 parcourir le maximum de distance avec un minimum d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa forme a\u00e9rodynamique optimis\u00e9e et \u00e0 un moteur \u00e9lectrique aliment\u00e9 par une batterie de 48 volts, nous avons \u00e9tabli un record de 3731 km avec l\u2019\u00e9quivalent d\u2019un litre de sans plomb 95. Ce prototype nous a permis de d\u00e9crocher la troisi\u00e8me place au classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.challenge-ecogreen-energy.com\/2023-edition-results-resultats-edition-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Challenge Eco Green Energy 2023<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre deuxi\u00e8me projet, le plus ambitieux \u00e0 ce jour, est la <strong>Formula Student<\/strong>, une monoplace \u00e9lectrique con\u00e7ue \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle \u00e9tudiante. Dot\u00e9e de quatre moteurs, un par roue, et d\u2019une puissance totale d\u2019environ 120 chevaux pour un poids de 250 kg, cette monoplace devrait voir sa premi\u00e8re version achev\u00e9e durant le second trimestre 2025. Notre priorit\u00e9 est de concevoir des prototypes avec une efficacit\u00e9 et une fiabilit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique maximales. Pour cela, nous avons besoin de pi\u00e8ces bien con\u00e7ues et fabriqu\u00e9es avec pr\u00e9cision. Par exemple, dans le cadre de notre prototype d&rsquo;Efficience, nous cherchons constamment \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un nouveau record de kilom\u00e8tres parcourus en utilisant une quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie d\u2019un plein d\u2019essence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela implique de r\u00e9duire au maximum les frottements au sein des pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9caniques, tout en analysant minutieusement les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des mat\u00e9riaux disponibles afin de s\u00e9lectionner ceux qui r\u00e9pondent le mieux \u00e0 nos exigences. Nous \u00e9tudions \u00e9galement les mat\u00e9riaux disponibles et leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s pour choisir les plus adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 nos besoins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, nous utilisons des <strong>logiciels de Conception Assist\u00e9e par Ordinateur<\/strong> (3DeXp\u00e9rience de Dassault Syst\u00e8mes et Fusion360) pour mod\u00e9liser les diff\u00e9rentes pi\u00e8ces et composants du v\u00e9hicule. Nous r\u00e9alisons des simulations pour optimiser l&rsquo;a\u00e9rodynamisme et la r\u00e9sistance des mat\u00e9riaux, ce qui nous permet de maximiser les performances de nos prototypes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Xometry : Comment d\u00e9cidez-vous des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication et des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 utiliser pour vos prototypes ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VED<\/strong> : La s\u00e9lection des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication et des mat\u00e9riaux est cruciale pour nous. Nous avons trois crit\u00e8res principaux :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La performance :<\/strong> Nous choisissons des mat\u00e9riaux offrant le meilleur compromis entre r\u00e9sistance, poids et co\u00fbt. Par exemple, nous utilisons de l&rsquo;aluminium EN AW-6061 et de l&rsquo;acier 1.7225, car ces alliages offrent une excellente r\u00e9sistance aux contraintes (frottement, torsion, compression) auxquelles nos prototypes sont soumis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u2019innovation :<\/strong> Nous utilisons des mat\u00e9riaux modernes comme la fibre de carbone pour r\u00e9duire le poids et am\u00e9liorer les performances de nos v\u00e9hicules. Cette approche nous permet de rester \u00e0 la pointe de l&rsquo;innovation dans le domaine de la construction automobile \u00e9tudiante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La fiabilit\u00e9 :<\/strong> Nous privil\u00e9gions des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication \u00e9prouv\u00e9s et fiables pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 des composants. Pour cette raison, nous faisons fabriquer nos pi\u00e8ces exclusivement via l&rsquo;usinage CNC pour obtenir des tol\u00e9rances plus strictes. De plus, nous appliquons des traitements sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 nos engrenages, tels que la carbonisation (\u00e9paisseur 0,1 \u00e0 0,2 mm) et une duret\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 59,3 +\/- 1 HRC, afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer leur robustesse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-collaboration-de-vinci-eco-drive-avec-xometry-un-partenariat-strategique-pour-la-fabrication\"><strong>La collaboration de Vinci Eco Drive avec Xometry : un partenariat strat\u00e9gique pour la fabrication<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Xometry : Comment Xometry a-t-il contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 vos projets ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VED<\/strong> : Nous avons sollicit\u00e9 Xometry pour la production des pi\u00e8ces les plus complexes, la plupart n\u00e9cessitant un usinage CNC avec une machine 5 axes. Xometry nous a aussi aid\u00e9s pour l&rsquo;usinage de grandes pi\u00e8ces qui ne rentrent pas dans nos propres machines, comme une grande roue dent\u00e9e d\u2019environ 30 cm de diam\u00e8tre pour De plus, nous pr\u00e9voyons de revenir au Shell Eco Marathon, une comp\u00e9tition europ\u00e9enne r\u00e9unissant une centaine d&rsquo;\u00e9quipes, o\u00f9 nous avons \u00e9galement concouru cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Formula Student :<\/strong> Notre objectif est de participer \u00e0 la Formula Student Germany en 2026, regroupant plus de 100 \u00e9quipes internationales.
