Prototypage \u2013 Tests rapides avec l\u2019impression 3D MJF<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019impression 3D MJF<\/strong> a permis \u00e0 Vivavis de tester rapidement les principales fonctionnalit\u00e9s de la coque ext\u00e9rieure d\u2019Octopus. Des r\u00e9unions r\u00e9guli\u00e8res ont facilit\u00e9 les ajustements n\u00e9cessaires pour la conception du <strong>produit IoT <\/strong>et les exigences du <strong>moulage par injection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-moulage-par-injection-optimisation-pour-la-production-en-serie\"><strong>2. La coque ext\u00e9rieure et le bo\u00eetier PCB ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour fonctionner dans une plage de temp\u00e9ratures de -20 \u00b0C \u00e0 +60 \u00b0C et respecter les normes <strong>IP68<\/strong>. La gestion combin\u00e9e de <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/fr\/impression-3d\/\">l\u2019impression 3D<\/a> et du moulage par injection au sein d\u2019un r\u00e9seau unique a r\u00e9duit les \u00e9carts de communication et les cycles de r\u00e9vision. De plus, des analyses DfM approfondies et des examens r\u00e9guliers ont acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 la mise sur le march\u00e9 en \u00e9vitant des redesigns inutiles.
