Questo articolo ha lo scopo di fornire una panoramica completa e un confronto tra entrambi i processi che appartengono a differenti categorie di stampa 3D.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"conoscenza-basilare-delle-tecnologie-di-stampa-3d\"><strong>Conoscenza basilare delle tecnologie di stampa 3D<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"modellazione-a-deposizione-fusa-fdm\"><strong>Modellazione a deposizione fusa (FDM)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/it\/stampa-3d-fdm-modellazione-a-deposizione-fusa\/\">modellazione a deposizione fusa<\/a> (FDM) \u00e8 una tecnologia di stampa 3D basata sull&#8217;estrusione. I materiali di stampa usati in FDM sono polimeri termoplastici e sono disponibili sotto forma di filamenti. In FDM, una parte viene prodotta depositando selettivamente il materiale fuso strato su strato in un percorso definito dal modello CAD. Il vantaggio principale di SLA \u00e8 la sua capacit\u00e0 di produrre parti finite lisce e con un minor spreco di materiale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"materiali-per-la-stampa-3d\"><strong>Materiali per la stampa 3D<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"materiali-fdm%25c2%25a0\"><strong>Materiali FDM\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Tra le plastiche rigide utilizzate maggiormente per la modellazione della deposizione fusa, Xometry offre ABS, ABS ESD7, ABS M30, ASA, Nylon PA12, Nylon PA12 caricato al carbonio, poliammide 12 rinforzata con fibra di carbonio, policarbonato PC-ABS, policarbonato PC-ISO, Simil-PC traslucido resistente al calore, PC-Policarbonato, PLA, PETG, PEEK, ULTEM 1010 e ULTEM 9085.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ad esempio, l&#8217;ASA, un termoplastico amorfo con una migliore resistenza agli agenti atmosferici, \u00e8 ampiamente utilizzato nella prototipazione grazie alle sue eccellenti propriet\u00e0 meccaniche. Inoltre, \u00e8 disponibile in un&#8217;ampia variet\u00e0 di colori.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"materiali-sla%25c2%25a0\"><strong>Materiali SLA\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Xometry offre plastiche rigide come l\u2019ABS SL 7820, il Simil PC \u2013 Traslucido resistente al calore, l\u2019Xtreme Polipropilene e gomme siliconiche come il True Silicone.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sla-vs-fdm-principali-confronti\"><strong>SLA vs. FDM: Principali confronti<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"efficienza-dei-costi\"><strong>Efficienza dei costi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"stampa-3d-in-sla%25c2%25a0\"><strong>Stampa 3D in SLA\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pi\u00f9 costoso di MJF e FDM che sono anche ampiamente utilizzati per la prototipazione:<\/strong> ci\u00f2 \u00e8 dovuto principalmente ai processi e ai materiali fotochimici pi\u00f9 costosi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>I costi di colorazione vanno sommati come extra durante la post-elaborazione: <\/strong>non sono disponibili molti colori sul mercato. Questo \u00e8 il motivo per cui SLA \u00e8 utile anche per una panoramica generale nei prototipi funzionali.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"stampa-3d-fdm-3\"><strong>Stampa 3D FDM<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Il passaggio tra i layer molto visibile: poich\u00e9 l&#8217;FDM funziona facendo cadere della plastica fusa strato su strato, l\u2019effetto a scaletta \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 evidente e le parti hanno una superficie ruvida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un sistema di adesione dello strato: rende le parti FDM anisotropiche. La post-elaborazione \u00e8 necessaria per rendere la superficie liscia e ha un costo superiore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"scelta-dei-materiali\"><strong>Scelta dei materiali<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"stampa-3d-sla-3\"><strong>Stampa 3D SLA<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selezione limitata dei materiali: la tecnologia SLA utilizza solo resine termoindurenti che rendono la tecnologia molto limitata con i materiali di stampa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Materiali biocompatibili e per uso alimentare: SLA \u00e8 una delle migliori tecnologie per stampare impianti medici o contenitori per alimenti, con resine come il True Silicone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"stampa-3d-fdm-4\"><strong>Stampa 3D FDM<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Una grande variet\u00e0 di filamenti di plastica disponibili: dai materiali a bassa resistenza a quelli ad alta resistenza (PP, TPU, Nylon PA, ABS, PETG, PLA, PC in ordine crescente di resistenza alla trazione), L\u2019FDM ha un ampio elenco di materiali con cui pu\u00f2 lavorare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buona disponibilit\u00e0 di materiali: i materiali sono molto usati e quindi facilmente reperibili sul mercato a un prezzo contenuto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sla-vs-fdm-per-la-stampa-3d-industrialedesktop\"><strong>SLA vs. FDM per la stampa 3D industriale\/desktop<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>FDM e SLA offrono due varianti delle loro stampanti: le stampanti 3D industriali e le stampanti 3D desktop. Le prime sono ampiamente utilizzate per applicazioni industriali come parti di uso finale e le seconde sono utilizzate da hobbisti o per piccole applicazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
