pi\u00f9 basso rispetto ad altri materiali, quindi non \u00e8 adatto per applicazioni ad alta temperatura. Di seguito alcune delle leghe di alluminio adatte alla pressofusione.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ac-46100\"><strong>AC 46100<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>L\u2019AC 46100 \u00e8 una lega di alluminio ampiamente utilizzata per la pressofusione. Offre buona saldabilit\u00e0, resistenza e durezza. Questa lega ha anche un&#8217;eccellente resistenza alla corrosione e all&#8217;usura, il che la rende una buona scelta per le applicazioni che richiedono queste propriet\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuttavia, l\u2019AC 46100 non \u00e8 adatto in applicazioni che richiedono elevate temperature per via del punto di fusione pi\u00f9 basso.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ac-46500\"><strong>AC 46500<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>La lega di alluminio AC 46500 \u00e8 un materiale ad alta resistenza usata principalmente per produrre parti pressofuse. Le sue propriet\u00e0 includono un&#8217;elevata duttilit\u00e0, una buona resistenza alla corrosione e un alto rapporto resistenza\/peso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le applicazioni tipiche della lega di alluminio AC 46500 includono parti automobilistiche, componenti elettrici e macchinari industriali. Viene spesso utilizzato anche nel settore aerospaziale grazie alla sua robustezza e resistenza alla corrosione.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"adc-12\"><strong>ADC 12<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;ADC 12 offre una buona saldabilit\u00e0 e resistenza alla corrosione per le parti pressofuse. Ha anche un punto di fusione pi\u00f9 alto rispetto all&#8217;AC 46100, il che lo rende una scelta migliore per applicazioni ad alta temperatura. Ha anche un&#8217;alta resistenza alla corrosione e all&#8217;usura, il che lo rende una buona scelta per le pressofusioni che saranno esposte a condizioni stressanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inoltre, l\u2019A380 \u00e8 facile da lavorare e pu\u00f2 essere saldato e riparato. Ha una bassa densit\u00e0 e un elevato rapporto resistenza\/peso. L\u2019Al-Si8Cu3 ha anche un&#8217;ottima resistenza alla fatica e alla formazione di cricche.
