Per realizzare tali parti, ci sono due soluzioni: scegliere materiali metallici resistenti alla corrosione che vengono solitamente lavorati mediante <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/it\/lavorazioni-cnc\/\">lavorazione CNC<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/it\/lavorazione-della-lamiera\/\">lavorazioni di lamiera <\/a>e stampati in 3D tramite <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/it\/stampa-3d-metallo-dmls\/\">sinterizzazione laser diretta dei metalli<\/a> (DMLS) o migliorare la resistenza delle parti grazie alle opzioni di post-elaborazione .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"metodo-1-scegliere-tra-le-selezioni-di-materiali-metallici-comuni-che-sono-resistenti-alla-corrosione\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Metodo 1: Scegliere tra le selezioni di materiali metallici comuni che sono resistenti alla corrosione<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"acciaio-inox\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Acciaio inox<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;acciaio inox \u00e8 una famiglia di circa 200 leghe di acciaio con elevata resistenza al calore e alla corrosione. La percentuale di carbonio varia dallo 0,03% all&#8217;1,2% mentre la sua caratteristica unica \u00e8 l&#8217;elevata quantit\u00e0 di cromo. L&#8217;acciaio inossidabile \u00e8 costituito da circa il 10,5% di cromo che crea uno strato di ossidazione passiva proteggendo il metallo dalla corrosione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;acciaio inossidabile pu\u00f2 essere classificato in 3 categorie principali a seconda della sua microstruttura:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Acciaio inossidabile austenitico<\/strong>: L&#8217;acciaio inossidabile austenitico \u00e8 costituito da almeno il 18% di cromo e l&#8217;8-12% di nichel. Possiede anche un mix di azoto, carbonio e molti altri elementi. Il cromo conferisce un&#8217;elevata resistenza alla corrosione, mentre l&#8217;azoto funge da agente di irrigidimento. Questa gamma di leghe \u00e8 chiamata acciai inossidabili della serie 300 e le qualit\u00e0 comuni includono l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/it\/materials\/acciaio-inossidabile-1-4301\/\">acciaio inossidabile 304<\/a> e l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/it\/materials\/acciaio-inossidabile-1-4404\/\">acciaio inossidabile 316<\/a> mentre quest&#8217;ultimo \u00e8 il materiale pi\u00f9 resistente alla corrosione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acciaio inossidabile martensitico<\/strong>: Gli acciai inossidabili martensitici contengono solitamente l&#8217;11,5-13% di cromo, lo 0,15% di carbonio, lo 0,1% di manganese, molibdeno e zolfo o selenio. La gamma \u00e8 chiamata serie 400 con la tipologia comune 420A. Il carbonio conferisce resistenza alla lega mentre il basso contenuto di cromo la rende meno resistente alla corrosione rispetto alla serie 300.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acciaio inossidabile ferritico<\/strong>: L&#8217;acciaio inossidabile ferritico \u00e8 definito come una classe di leghe inossidabili al cromo rettilineo non temprabile composta da cromo che varia dal 10,5% al 30% e un livello di carbonio inferiore al 20%. Questi acciai non possono essere temprati mediante trattamento termico ma si possono temprare leggermente mediante laminazione a freddo. Anche questi fanno parte della serie 400 mentre il 430A \u00e8 la qualit\u00e0 tipica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acciaio inossidabile Duplex<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La lega d&#8217;acciaio duplex contiene due diverse fasi come suggerisce il nome. Gli acciai duplex ereditano le migliori propriet\u00e0 dalle fasi ferritiche e austenitiche e le combinano nel pi\u00f9 avanzato metallo resistente alla corrosione. Qualit\u00e0 tipiche sono il S32750 con il 25% di cromo, 7% di nichel e 4% di molibdeno e 2205 con 22% di cromo, 5% di nichel e 3% di molibdeno. Sono utilizzati in varie applicazioni stressanti.<\/p>\n\n\n    <section class=\"article-slider-block\">\r\n        <div class=\"article-content-wrapper\">\r\n            <!-- Swiper -->\r\n class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Superleghe<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le superleghe sono leghe metalliche ad alte prestazioni che offrono resistenza alla corrosione ad alte temperature ed eccellenti propriet\u00e0 meccaniche. Questo \u00e8 il motivo per cui queste qualit\u00e0 di metalli resistenti alla corrosione sono spesso utilizzate dove sono necessarie prestazioni elevate e resistenza alla corrosione (come l\u2019ambito aerospaziale e medico).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le superleghe si differenziano per l&#8217;elemento principale della matrice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Superlega di nichel<\/strong>: le superleghe a base di nichel non solo offrono un&#8217;eccellente resistenza alla corrosione, ma offrono anche un&#8217;elevata robustezza e resistenza termica grazie al loro basso coefficiente di dilatazione termica. Propriet\u00e0 uniche come la memoria di forma e l&#8217;eccellente lavorabilit\u00e0 rendono questi materiali speciali. L\u2019Inconel 718 &nbsp;ne \u00e8 un esempio e pu\u00f2 essere stampato in 3D<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Superlega di cobalto<\/strong>: le superleghe a base di cobalto offrono punti di fusione pi\u00f9 elevati rispetto alle controparti a base di nichel o ferro. Offrono inoltre un&#8217;eccellente resistenza alla corrosione a caldo rispetto alle leghe in nichel o ferro. Le superleghe a base di cobalto sono altamente saldabili rispetto a quelle in nichel. Le polveri di cromo cobalto possono essere stampate in 3D.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Superlega di ferro<\/strong>: le superleghe a base di ferro offrono un&#8217;elevata resistenza a normale temperatura ambiente e sono altamente resistenti all&#8217;ossidazione, allo scorrimento, all&#8217;usura e alla corrosione. Sono molto pi\u00f9 economici rispetto ai due precedenti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"alluminio\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alluminio<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;alluminio ha una forte affinit\u00e0 con l&#8217;ossigeno, formando cos\u00ec uno strato di ossido passivo che lo rende resistente alla corrosione. La maggior parte dei gradi di alluminio sono chimicamente resistenti, ma i gradi 1xxx, 3xxx e 5xxx sono i pi\u00f9 resistenti. Sono resistenti nell&#8217;intervallo di pH compreso tra 4,5 e 8,5, che \u00e8 in generale il valore corrosivo. L&#8217;anodizzazione \u00e8 un ottimo modo per aggiungere uno strato anticorrosivo all&#8217;alluminio normale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Serie 1xxx<\/strong>: questo grado \u00e8 super puro (circa il 99%) e ha la migliore resistenza alla corrosione nelle normali applicazioni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Serie 3xxx<\/strong>: il manganese \u00e8 l&#8217;elemento di lega principale della serie 3xxx (leghe Al-Mn &#8211; fino a 1,25% Mn) \u00e8 l&#8217;elemento di lega principale di questa serie. Ci\u00f2 lo rende leggermente meno resistente alla corrosione rispetto all&#8217;alluminio 1xxx. Va detto per\u00f2 che il manganese rende la lega duttile. L&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/it\/materials\/alluminio-3-2315\/\">alluminio Al-Si1Mg<\/a>, ad esempio, ha un&#8217;elevata resistenza alle cricche da tensocorrosione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Serie 5xxx<\/strong>: l&#8217;elemento di lega principale in questo tipo di alluminio \u00e8 il magnesio e ha una resistenza alla corrosione quasi simile a quella dell&#8217;alluminio di grado 3xxx. Offre un alto tasso di incrudimento e un&#8217;elevata resistenza alla corrosione. conduttivit\u00e0 termica, resistenza alla corrosione, eccellente durezza e offrono resistenza alle alte temperature. Il rame offre una buona resistenza alla corrosione ed \u00e8 anche incluso in altre leghe metalliche per migliorare la rispettiva resistenza alla corrosione. I metalli resistenti alla corrosione pi\u00f9 comuni nella famiglia delle leghe di rame sono:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bronzo:<\/strong> Uno dei materiali pi\u00f9 antichi conosciuti \u00e8 il bronzo. Il bronzo moderno \u00e8 composto per l&#8217;88% da rame e per il 12% da stagno. Il bronzo pu\u00f2 contenere anche nichel, manganese, alluminio, silicio, zinco o arsenico. Le piccole quantit\u00e0 di silicio aggiunte alla lega migliorano la resistenza alla corrosione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ottone:<\/strong> Gli ottoni sono leghe di rame e zinco. Possono anche contenere piccole quantit\u00e0 di stagno per conferire propriet\u00e0 extra resistenti alla corrosione mentre lo zinco pu\u00f2 diminuirle. parti lavorate al CNC, in lamiera e stampate in 3D pu\u00f2 anche essere migliorata mediante varie opzioni di finitura superficiale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Anodizzazione:<\/strong> un metallo in lavorazione (principalmente per parti in alluminio) utilizza la lavorazione di ossidazione per indurire la superficie della parte e aumentarne la resistenza all&#8217;usura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Processo di verniciatura spray:<\/strong> la vernice spray preserva la parte dalla ruggine, come gli oggetti di uso quotidiano, i quadri elettrici, i tubi, ecc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Galvanizzazione:<\/strong> la superficie della parte \u00e8 rivestita con altro metallo non corrosivo per evitare la ruggine. A volte i metalli resistenti alla corrosione menzionati nella tabella precedente sono rivestiti sui normali metalli per aumentarne la durata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lucidatura della superficie:<\/strong> la lavorazione superficiale viene eseguita su parti lavorate al CNC per rimuovere le bave taglienti che vengono prodotte durante la lavorazione.
