Se i punti di forza possono essere compromessi per evidenziare l&#8217;estetica o altre qualit\u00e0, la stampa 3D \u00e8 l&#8217;opzione migliore (ad esempio prototipi).<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quanto-velocemente-ho-bisogno-della-parte\"><strong>Quanto velocemente ho bisogno della parte?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Considerando che il componente sopra deve essere prodotto in ABS, il tempo di consegna per la stampa 3D con tecnologia <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/it\/stampa-3d-fdm-modellazione-a-deposizione-fusa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FDM<\/a> \u00e8 in media di circa 3-5 giorni lavorativi presso Xometry, mentre per la <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/it\/lavorazioni-cnc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lavorazione CNC<\/a>, il tempo di consegna partirebbe da 10 giorni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusione: <\/strong>procedi con la stampa 3D se hai bisogno della parte rapidamente.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-di-quante-parti-ho-bisogno\"><strong>Di quante parti ho bisogno?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Il numero di parti richieste \u00e8 un fattore chiave per decidere il processo. Per quantit\u00e0 maggiori, \u00e8 probabile che il CNC sia pi\u00f9 economico rispetto alle parti stampate in blocco. Per volumi bassi (inferiori a 10), la stampa 3D \u00e8 pi\u00f9 appropriata ed economica. Per semplici processi di stampa 3D come <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/it\/stampa-3d-fdm-modellazione-a-deposizione-fusa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FDM<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.eu\/it\/stampa-3d-sinterizzazione-laser-selettiva-sls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SLS<\/a> utilizzati con plastiche economiche come ABS, PC, nylon, parti singole o piccole quantit\u00e0 (identiche e non identiche), la stampa 3D \u00e8 senza dubbio l&#8217;opzione da scegliere. Dimostra quanto drasticamente il prezzo per parte diminuisca per la lavorazione CNC di ABS, rimanga lo stesso per l\u2019FDM e scenda leggermente per l\u2019MJF. Con lotti di grandi dimensioni (ad esempio oltre 500) il prezzo per la lavorazione CNC di ABS sar\u00e0 inferiore a qualsiasi stampa 3D, soprattutto con le parti dove c&#8217;\u00e8 pi\u00f9 materiale da rimuovere che per stamparlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Conclusione:<\/strong> procedi con la stampa 3D per piccole serie e procedi con la lavorazione CNC per serie medio-grandi poich\u00e9 il costo si riduce con la quantit\u00e0 e diventa molto inferiore. La capacit\u00e0 di produrre geometrie altamente complesse \u00e8 uno dei principali punti di forza della stampa 3D. Nella lavorazione CNC alcune geometrie complesse (ad es.
