Le parti possono anche essere grezze, ruvide e con una superficie irregolare. In molti casi, le parti stampate in 3D avranno un colore nero, trasparente o bianco. Perci\u00f2 dovrebbero essere lucidate e verniciate per migliorare l&#8217;estetica ed ogni tipo di resistenza all&#8217;acqua, al calore e alla corrosione. In aggiunta, le tecnologie di stampa 3D come la modellazione a deposizione fusa (FDM), la stereolitografia (SLA) e la sinterizzazione laser diretta del metallo (DMLS) rilasciano strutture di supporto che vanno rimosse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questo \u00e8 il motivo per cui le finiture di stampa 3D sono un argomento importante da tenere in considerazione quando decidete di procedere ad un processo di produzione additiva. Queste strutture di supporto devono essere rimosse dopo che la parte viene estratta dalla stampante. Queste particelle colpendo la superficie apportano una finitura pi\u00f9 liscia e una consistenza uniforme alla parte. Questo \u00e8 il primo passo per realizzare una superficie liscia ed eliminare i residui di materiale. Viene anche utilizzata per rimuovere la vernice o creare una superficie uniforme per la verniciatura e la tintura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questo processo di finitura rilascia una trama pi\u00f9 liscia rispetto alla parte originale con una superficie quasi uniforme ma non rilascia una superficie liscia o un aspetto lucido.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trattamenti-della-stampa-3d-per-ottenere-una-finitura-superficiale-liscia\"><strong>Trattamenti della stampa 3D per ottenere una finitura superficiale liscia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>La post-elaborazione delle stampe in plastica o metallo \u00e8 il modo pi\u00f9 efficace per garantire una finitura superficiale liscia nella stampa 3D. Nella maggior parte dei casi, i metodi di finitura possono essere utilizzati per raggiungere una certa levigatezza della parte, indipendentemente dal materiale o dal processo di stampa che \u00e8 stato utilizzato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le varie tecniche di finitura superficiale realizzeranno trame e aspetti differenti e non sono adatte a tutte le stampe 3D. La geometria e il materiale della parte sono i due principali fattori che influenzano le tecniche di post-elaborazione. Le seguenti opzioni di finitura sono disponibili sul Motore di Quotazione Istantaneo di Xometry.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sabbiatura\"><strong>Sabbiatura<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>La sabbiatura \u00e8 simile alla levigatura ma la differenza sta nel fatto che invece di un tipo qualsiasi di graniglia, si usano delle perle di vetro che colpiscono la superficie del pezzo ad alta velocit\u00e0. Le perline sferiche su impatti ripetuti rilasciano una finitura molto pi\u00f9 liscia e uniforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oltre a rendere la finitura uniforme, la sabbiatura aiuta anche a migliorare la resistenza meccanica della parte. Alcuni dei barili pi\u00f9 comuni di grandi dimensioni possono rifinire componenti da 400x120x120 mm o 200x200x200 mm. Per una superficie pi\u00f9 liscia, le parti MJF o SLS possono essere lucidate in buratti o macchine vibranti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le stampe 3D devono essere rifinite e poste in un buratttore che contiene piccoli componenti in ceramica e vibra rapidamente, in questo modo i trucioli di ceramica sfregano contro la parte e rimuovono irregolarit\u00e0 ed impurit\u00e0 in eccesso. Instead, a vapour finishing agent (FA 326) is introduced into a sealed processing chamber along with the parts to be smoothened.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-lucidatura-a-vapore-chimico-vapour-smoothing\"><strong>Lucidatura a vapore chimico \/ Vapour smoothing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>A differenza dei processi di levigatura fisica come la burattatura, il vapour smoothing non rimuove il materiale sul componente. In questa tecnica, viene introdotto un agente di finitura a vapore (FA 326) dentro la camera di lavorazione sigillata con le parti da levigare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il vapore aderisce alla superficie del pezzo dove si crea una fusione chimica controllata. Questa fusione chimica livella i picchi e gli avvallamenti superficiali liquefacendo e ridistribuendo il materiale e rendendo la superficie uniforme. Questo processo aumenta anche lucentezza e qualit\u00e0 superficiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questa opzione di finitura superficiale di alta qualit\u00e0 \u00e8 quindi pi\u00f9 costosa rispetto agli altri processi. possibile stampare direttamente in 3D le parti colorate, ad esempio usando filamenti colorati con il processo FDM, \u00e8 anche molto comune utilizzare un&#8217;operazione di finitura superficiale per colorare le parti 3D.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-verniciatura-spray\"><strong>Verniciatura spray<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Come ne indica il nome, la verniciatura spray \u00e8 il rivestimento sulla parte realizzata in 3D mediante bombolette di vernice spray e una tecnica di colorazione molto comune che viene usata anche per le parti lavorate con i metodi tradizionali. Questo permette in particolare l&#8217;uso di colori accesi e anche di evitare i fenomeni di sfogliatura o incisione che possono verificarsi con la vernice spray. Il fatto di non rilasciare spessori eccessivi previene dalla perdita dei dettagli nelle parti, rispettando cos\u00ec al massimo il design originale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questa qualit\u00e0 \u00e8 fondamentale e molto importante quando si opta per la stampa 3D per via della complessit\u00e0 del design.
