Bu da hatalara sebebiyet verebiliyordu. Bir ressam i\u015fine ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce nihai sonucu kafas\u0131nda g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi, makine operat\u00f6r\u00fc de yaratmak istedi\u011fi \u015feyin g\u00f6rsel bir resmine sahipti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak, bilgisayarl\u0131 n\u00fcmerik kontrol (CNC) ile torna, birden \u00e7ok ad\u0131ml\u0131 ve \u00e7ok hassas bir i\u015flem haline geldi. CNC torna tezgah\u0131 ile bir par\u00e7a olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ad\u0131mlar izlenir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0130lk olarak, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn <a href=\"#CAD\">CAD<\/a> (Bilgisayar Destekli Tasar\u0131m) modeli tasarlan\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli CAD yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 kullan\u0131labilir. Son \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn her bir bile\u015feni tasar\u0131mda belirtilmelidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CAD dosya formatlar\u0131 CNC torna tezgahlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131nmaz. Bunun yerine, \u00fc\u00e7 boyutlu uzayda nereye gideceklerini ve ne yapacaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen G-Kodu ad\u0131 verilen bir dizi dijital talimat\u0131 takip ederler. Operat\u00f6r, CNC program\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce i\u015f par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 monte ederek, do\u011fru kesici tak\u0131m\u0131 tarete s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak ve ilgili depoyu kesme s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131 ile doldurarak CNC torna tezgah\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131rlamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Makine kurulduktan sonra, operat\u00f6r makinenin kontrol panelini kullanarak tornalama i\u015flemini ba\u015flatacakt\u0131r. Bunlar, par\u00e7an\u0131n ve kesici tak\u0131m\u0131n malzemesi, kesici tak\u0131m\u0131n boyutu, y\u00fczey \u00f6zellikleri vb. dir.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"devir-sayisi\"><strong><strong>Devir Say\u0131s\u0131<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Birim devir say\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r ve i\u015f milinin ve i\u015f par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6nme h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir.
