Bu standartlar, varsay\u0131lan olarak uygulanan genel toleranslar\u0131 i\u00e7erir ve her \u00f6zellik i\u00e7in \u00f6zel tolerans hesaplama ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-iso-tolerans-standartlari\"><strong><strong>ISO Tolerans Standartlar\u0131<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Avrupa&#8217;da ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok yerinde, \u00e7\u0131karmal\u0131 \u00fcretim (\u00f6r. <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.com.tr\/tr\/cnc-isleme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CNC i\u015fleme<\/a>) i\u00e7in genel toleranslar \u00f6ncelikle iki temel ISO standard\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131mlan\u0131r: ISO 2768 ve ISO 286.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ISO 2768<\/strong>, teknik \u00e7izimlerde \u00f6zel toleranslar belirtilmedi\u011finde do\u011frusal ve a\u00e7\u0131sal boyutlar i\u00e7in genel toleranslar sa\u011flar. Bu standart genellikle, varsay\u0131lan tolerans aral\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n par\u00e7an\u0131n i\u015flevi i\u00e7in yeterli oldu\u011fu d\u0131\u015f boyutlar, i\u00e7 boyutlar, \u00e7aplar, mesafeler, pah y\u00fckseklikleri ve yar\u0131\u00e7aplar gibi \u00f6zellikler i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00d6te yandan <strong>ISO 286<\/strong>, \u00f6zellikle silindirik y\u00fczeyler ve delik ve mil sistemlerinde bulunanlar gibi paralel d\u00fczlem y\u00fczeyleri aras\u0131ndaki mesafelerin toleranslar\u0131 i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erlidir. Birle\u015fen par\u00e7alar aras\u0131nda hassas uyumlar\u0131n gerekli oldu\u011fu durumlar i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
