Duvar (et) kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131, toz tahliyesi ve par\u00e7a y\u00f6n\u00fc gibi fakt\u00f6rlere dikkat etmek, performans\u0131 ve bask\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde iyile\u015ftirebilir; bunlar\u0131n her zaman tasar\u0131mla ilgili oldu\u011fu unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r. MJF 3D bask\u0131 i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli tasar\u0131m ipu\u00e7lar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-uygun-duvar-kalinligini-koruyun\"><strong><strong>1. Uygun Duvar Kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Koruyun<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>\u00c7ok ince olan duvarlar deforme olabilir veya k\u0131r\u0131lganla\u015fabilir; a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kal\u0131n duvarlar ise bask\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u0131s\u0131 birikmesine ve \u00e7arp\u0131lmaya veya d\u00fczensiz so\u011fumaya neden olabilir. Bu sorunlar, toz yatakl\u0131 f\u00fczyonun \u0131s\u0131l dinamikleri nedeniyle MJF&#8217;de \u00f6zellikle kritiktir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duvar kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki ani de\u011fi\u015fiklikler ayr\u0131ca i\u00e7 gerilime neden olarak (\u00f6zellikle d\u00fczlemsel y\u00fczeylerde veya b\u00fcy\u00fck par\u00e7alarda) boyutsal do\u011frulu\u011fu ve yap\u0131sal performans\u0131 olumsuz etkileyebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Temel Kural:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PA 12<\/strong> i\u00e7in en az <strong>0,7<\/strong> mm kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, daha sert malzemeler i\u00e7in ise <strong>2,0 mm<\/strong>&#8216;ye varan kal\u0131nl\u0131kta duvarlar tasarlay\u0131n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dahili desteklerle <strong>0,6 mm<\/strong> kadar ince duvarlar bas\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr, ancak tutarl\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar i\u00e7in <strong>1,3 mm<\/strong> tercih edilmelidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>6 mm<\/strong>&#8216;den kal\u0131n duvarlardan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc artan malzeme dahili gerilime ve b\u00fck\u00fclmelere neden olabilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c7arp\u0131lma risklerini azaltmak i\u00e7in par\u00e7a boyunca <strong>tekd\u00fcze (homojen) duvar kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 <\/strong>koruyun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0130nce b\u00f6lgeleri g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek ve gerilimi daha e\u015fit \u015fekilde da\u011f\u0131tmak i\u00e7in <strong>feder ve radyuslar<\/strong> ekleyin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-uzun-ve-ince-yapilari-guclendirin\"><strong><strong>2.
